I ordered a bag 7 weeks ago and I have not received my order or a valid tracking number. Reaching out to the seller has not yielded anything. Do not waste your time ordering from this site. It seems to be a scam. And I am not the only customer who hasn't received my item. It's been two months. Without any real communication, updates or clarity. But- I was charged immediately and I am seeking my refund. Recommend you try another business so you don't waste time or money.

Received an email saying my order was being shipped. More than a month after ordering... BUT it's dated 4/17 which was 3 days before the email on 4/20 saying that my bags were done and would be shipped. It's almost been a month since those date. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered bag in March, tracking info provided does not work. Business in China, no way to reach. Sent several emails, they finally offered 20% discount on a future order but no info on this order. More emails, they offered a 5% refund, demanded full refund. Placed a claim with Pay Pal and magically a bag arrived 4 days later in the middle of June. Not the bag I ordered, very inferior materal and construction. No paperwork or return info. Sent another email for info, doubt I will ever hear.
