DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Small buisi owners do yourselves a favor and learn from my mistake. This "lead generation" platform is second rate at best. They will use high pressure sales techniques to get you signed up and then leave you high and dry. When you call and need to discuss why there services suck they will blame it on you (there customer). Anyone with any kind of chops in the service industry knows humility is #1 priority, even if your customer is dead wrong. There support team does not get this kind of mind frame.

Go with thumbtack for lead generation services they are not the best but you will make money with them. Thumbtack is not second rate like these chumps.

They never want to give credit for leads that are bad, and only after you fight with them they give you a "courtesy" credit. We tried it for 6 months giving them the benefit of the doubt and just had enough of the lengthy "it's your fault should have called sooner" type explanations. We have a half dozen sales guys who are genuinely very good and don't see any return. Absolute garbage

Stay away from these scammers. First they will try to charge deposit from you and assure you that they are serious company with quality leads. I was charged 350 dollars for 15 leads. Only 2-3 leads were real. Fake leads with fake phone numbers. They send you lead you call the customer phone number but it is not working or something like that. You report for reimbursement they will decline that. In short saying legal scammers😂

I was contacted by a Networx rep, for my small home inspection business. The rep was very pushy and aggressive and promised me more work than I could handle. After paying $350 and 1 month later, I've only received 1 lead, and I have suspicions the caller was an employee of NetWorx. I requested to cancel my service and have money refunded. I received a call from another rep, who said home inspection services were slow and I should just leave my money for backup. NetWorx refused to refund my money, even though services they promised, were not delivered.

Terrible customer service. Simply is refusing to close my account. I asked more than once and they keep sending me to the same jerk guy. Ignores my request and keeps asking what's wrong with the service.

Join this company. And they were comparing to all the other companies. How they were so More professional i received 13 leads Every lead I was sent was a bad lead.and And a customers was telling me they did not apply for no work. I was on to one of the says, rip. He's refusing to allow me to speak to a manager or anybody else unless I top of my account by $300 dollars I would highly advise anybody to keep away from this company. They are very imperfectional and the moment. You pay the first payment they do not want to be in contact with you again. They are very rude and very unprofessional.

The leads suck and they can't answer the phone at 10-11am on a normal Tuesday to cancel your pro account with them. I also got charged again when my account was paused because I was done with using them and I got charged and all that money is non refundable

We were told we could do a trial run on it for $300. The leads were fake no response other than they had got a roof installed within the 2 hr period from when we received lead. Fake emails fake phone numbers. Called on 8/11/22 to our rep and she assured me we would not be charged. They stole $150 out our bank account on 8/13/22 no response till today 8/17/22. Response was sorry can't give you your money back in account ably credit you new leads. BS leads we called and told them not to send. They are thieves go with home advisor at least you'll talk to someone

I paid for six leads and only been to three clients house never got a call back or responds from other three leads. I basically paid for phone numbers and they refuse to credit back leads or come up with a solution to fix the problem. Dealing with this consultant company has made me very angry and disgusted. Stop taken companies hard earn money for a contact number. If I bid on a job and don't get the jobs that's fine, but paying for a number with no type of policy to fix that's issue is a scam. I want a print out of this policy.

I signed up for Networx on 12/3/22. Paid $1000
Up front for initial payment. I gave them $2,250 for 32 leads that I received and out of those 32 leads not 1 sale or even anything close to a sale. Almost all of these leads ended up being no contact, We could not reach almost everyone of them. With that being said the hand full we did reach told us that they were not interest in a roof and that the reason we got them sent to our company was because while the were playing around on the internet or on social media platforms they saw a pop up that said want a free roof and of course they clicked on it not knowing that as soon as they did some poor contractor out there was instantly charged over 100 bucks. This company will tell you anything to get you to sign up and If you do you will be throwing your money in the garage.

This is a total scam run ppl. Fake lead! Just take advantage of business owners! Had a manager sitting on the phone arguing with me because I wanted to cancel

Gave them $1000 for "exclusive" leads. I received "leads" (far from quality) only 1 that actually had any interest in having their roof even looked at! The rest were sent MULTIPLE contractor, several were upset i was calling because they had not had any need for a roof. Several others never picked up phone or text back. Each lead was $120. Each lead was a waste. I wasted $1,000. It was going to be okay if they let me submit credit request but they stopped doing it. Stating that not answering or one of the various other reasons i gave were not adequate enough. Heck one person was a TENNANT at an apartment complex with no authority! They did not credit me that lead either. Also I asked for a refund with what was left in my account and now they seem unlikely to respond!

They purposely don't show their phone number on emails nor what the charges are for that referral. Often the referrals have disconnected phone numbers or even wrong addresses. The roof types are sometimes incorrect and most leads lead to nothing as the customer never answers emails or calls. One wanted a free roof which is only available through a low income city program. This borders on scam.

This has to be one of the worst lead scam services out there. They were friendly and said they were the leaders in successful leads. Broken promise within the first 24 hours. Mike was nice at first but then turned sour when I cancel my agreement with them within 48 hours. One lead was a older lady that said she never called and doesn't even own a computer being on the first floor of a 5-story apartment complex. Networx said she requested for a new roof. Other numbers were dead numbers or non-working numbers. Walk away actual run when you hear or see Networx, there a scam. Wish I would have looked at their reviews before I signed up.

Worked happily with network for a couple months. They provided decent leads at a reasonable cost. Lately they've become a major drain on my time and resources and they will not cease. They keep trying to take money out of my account again and again, when they provide ZERO value in terms of leads. The staff is dishonest and pushy when you talk to them and pretends they aren't just blatantly stealing at this point. It seemed like once I realized what they're true angle was, they just dropped the veil entirely. Don't start engaging with them.

I just got scam for $1,500 dollars did not except one lead from them & they still kept charging my account. Ones they charge you they said it can't be refunded. What a scam!
Fake leads you call them and no one answers

They contacted me about using them, said they were totally different from any other lead program and that they only give quality leads. So we decided to give them a change what a joke. Out of 11 leads 1 person is all we got in touch with to find out she was looking for repair and it was outside the category of work still paid $70 for the lead. I would highly recommend that you save your money and stay away from this company.

Crappy customer. Don't spend your money on these thieves. If you give them your and have issues, it's on you. This is what's gonna happen. They don't issue refunds. They are already spending your money so the even deactivating the account, you will lose your money in their (remaining balance in leads).
Customer service is a fat joke. Actual dumb ppl can run a better service over the phone. They will issue no help and no returns on credit no matter how big or small. You can pause your leads but they will still take your money during that down time. $#*!ty business. Their sales ad is so full of crap. They do nothing close what they advertise. Total false advertising. It's a joke like any other scam out there representing themselves as a lead generator. The only thing generating is your money to their pockets. I've called to cancel and refund. They won't do it. I them several times I don't want you do any more business with them. It's not good for business to be spending money and not getting anything in return. Well I'm not getting my remaining balance either. Apparently they some give money back that they take from you. $#*!ty business.
Don't be stupid. These companies are expecting you to be. It's more important to them to hold on to your money then do good business. They can't even return a small amount. What does this say for their business. It's all crap!

On the date of July 23,2020 I shut down my account with networx to save my balance. Upon eventually recovering the account which previously had a 4,700$ balance I found the credit was down to 150$. I have spoken to numerous people to try and recover the money spent. In total networx owes to me $4,550. If they could not refund me I requested the amount be credited to the account so we could use the balance to no avail. Please help! In logging into the account I am able to see that leads are there however they were given to another company. The company has a rash of complaints and it's obvious their company is a complete scam by the way leads are issued to multiple companies
