Stay away from Networx! I could rant for pages on end however this review will hopefully erase the terrible experience I had with them. Leads are mostly bogus, used or piggybacked off of legit companies like Angi or Home Advisor and Google. Save your self some grief TOTAL SCAM! Rude reps trying to sugarcoat their real game… getting money from you. Period!
Small HVAC business here.
Networx screwed us, took our money and straight up lied about every single thing.
Fake leads, Fake Jobs, Fake customers.
Most of the leads we called even said that they don't even knowledge submitting a request through "NETWORX"
They pray on small contractors who are trying to grow their business.
They call every day so we sign up. A quick google search and found, out customer service is unreachable, contractor leads are expensive, leads are generated from craiglist.com, and when i tested the site, i was told there was no contractors avaliable and my info was send to homeadvisor.com
So it all comes to the big dog. Its just a big revolving door.
Keep your hard earned bitcoins.
I don't know how they got my number from online I guess. But whoever Lou is from net works he does not stop calling i already told him I'm not interested in his services and after reading all these bad reviews I'm glad I don't need his services I went on vacation for 1 week my voicemail was full I had 27 voicemails from Lou with the same tacky tv show sales pitch intro on everyone of them. This company is a joke!
I signed up and received leads. Many were bad. It was prepaid leads and I noticed on saturday my account would be replenished but i didn't want to. They gave me options when I signed up and couldn't reach them on saturday. I called Monday and requested my money for prepaid leads back. They said I couldn't get it back and told me I had to buy the leads. I told them I needed the money back for other bills but they still refused. Now my money will sit their and they are forcing me to buy the lead.
Don't go with them. They give horrible leads that aren't even in your wheelhouse and they charge you a lot for leads and you up load money to spend so if you don't get leads you you have to wait until you get leads to close your account.
Albert Murad of Alberts's electrical is AWSOME. I called because had a sudden breaker box that failed. When I called, he came out within a few hours because it was a last minute call to him and he was doing another job, but he made time to come to my house the same day I called and fixed the problem. I needed a circuit breaker replaced that had stopped working and he had one on hand, so it only took minutes to replace that one circuit breaker and get my outlet up and running again. He also took time to share some important information with me regarding using Surge protectors rather than regular extension cords and general information on how my outlets are working. I just brought my Condo and I did have it inspected, however, he saw some things that were not good and shared that information with me as well. The information he shared was very good information and I really appreciated him taking his time with me and making sure everything was good before leaving. I highly recommend Albert's Electrical so much that I am sharing his contact information for anyone who may need electrical work. His contact number is *******570 OR *******515. Thank you Albert.
This platform is a waste of your money. They send you cold leads a week after they submitted information All the service agents are the worst I've seen I'm working with home advisor Yelp Google and Facebook adds homezze and houzz and I have to say that Networkx is the worst and is a scam to get money from contractors. Out of 17 "leads" I got 14 are even not a real person with an active phone line They probably fabricate their own leads and send them to contractors
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Read the reviews and don't make the same mistake that we did.
We received 20+ leads before we realized what a joke this company is. Only 1 was an actual person that was looking for our services. The rest did not fill out a request on Networxs site. One of the leads was a company trying to sell us internet services.
Then the will not credit the funds that is in your account. They say we will keep sending you leads till the money runs out. We have several hundred dollars left with them, we are not even going to waste our time calling fake or unqualified numbers. We will chalk it up to learning what not to do in the future.
Garbage calls. They send you fake calls. Staff never answers. I do not recommend this. Wasted money. We also tried in year 2021. Same problem. 0 quality.
BEWARE: They will get you for your money...File a complaint with the BBB, as they are very aware of this company's tactics against consumers to scam them of their money. Also, dispute the charge with your bank and you will get your money back.
Just like almost every other comment they must be using fake leads unfortunately. We did a little trial run with them only got through to a few customers out of the 60-70 we received. A lot of people didn't even submit a request and was very confused on how I got their information. Sometimes you have to take risks when you have a business, but this is not one of them. DO NOT RECCOMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Most of these reviews are from homeowners that use this system. This review is oriented towards contractors. I had a pretty bad experience with this company. One reason being, which does not make any sense to me. Is to pay for the same leads that they sell to five different companies. Why would I pay to automatically compete with four other companies? The exclusive leads are obviously better, but you cannot get exclusive leads without being signed up for the shared leads plan. Exclusive leads are also more expensive. Also, if the lead does not answer or call back at all, why should you pay for it? They have almost no criteria, sometimes you don't even meet with the homeowner and you still have to pay for the lead. At the end of the day, you probably going to pay over $500 per contract. That's not necessarily that good. They also did not educate me at all on how to properly use the system. They signed me up, and opened an account and left it up to me to figure many things out. There were also many inconsistencies between the representatives and what they told me at any given point in time. A lot of information was left out that would have helped me do better when I was with them. All in all, I was very unhappy with their service.
Greg who claims to be a supervisor is one of the worst people I ever delt with canceled my account because of him networx should hire better people
Jason Brown was the worst person to speak to at the cancellation department. I have tried to reach them three times to explain to me why the leads I put in needed a credit due to what's on the agreement that was sign for partnership. He lied to me about them trying to reach me and that the leads are 2 weeks old and can't get a refund. This valued me just in 2 months $300 that should of been sent back to me in credits. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY they will talk to you in circles about trying to convince you that the credit does not qualify.
I contacted Networx once to see what they were all about and they call me and my coworkers daily. When you block their number, they just call you from a new fake number masked with your area code. TERRANCE from NETWORX is the most common offender.
I received leads that wanted to know where I got their phone number. I called the same day I received the lead and was told the home improvement project had been completed for months. This happened on several occasions where the customer was upset because they didn't want to be contacted or the project was already started by another contractor or finished. They must be phishing the information from customers. When I called and complained they treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing. I sold real estate for 10 years. Really? They even had one of the staff call me and say I have a phone lead for you. I asked them when did you start giving phone leads and she hung up on me. RUDE! After pausing my subscription, they kept sending me leads. After several complaints, Networx had the nerve to call and try to sell me more leads. When I said no the guy kept right on talking. Pushy, fraudulent and unprofessional. They continue to call me after I asked them to stop. I don't believe they will be in business much longer.
Teamtakeoverlawn&treeservice came out and did a great fast job safety and smart I will definitely refer them to others and also us them again in the future
This company stole $900 out of my account without my vision and don't want to give back. I don't recommend anyone this company unless you want to throw away money!
Don't join me networx pro the leads they send you are fake they will take your money the leads I got they don't answer the phone so save your money it a scam
