I simply requested a quote from some folks for a home project. Three men emailed me/called me within a half hour and one decided coming to my house unannounced or invited was a great idea. He showed up with my wife and daughter at home, I was not home, and lied to my wife telling her I asked him to come and give an estimate. He came in my house did his estimate and then left. I had not spoken to him at all. I emailed him that I was not interested and he actually seemed annoyed. I would suggest no one try this website, especially not a woman, as who the hell knows what type of people they have working for them.

Probably the worst company I've ever interacted with very very unprofessional customer service disrespectful, and they harass you and they can't stop calling your phone after you've told them multiple times to stop calling you. From a contractors experience, I would never recommend networks to anybody not even a client.

This company just want to drain your bank account. They sell fake lead charge you $350 dollars for nothing, they will not give you money back. All the leads they sent to you are fake, fake customers never answer phone, text or emails. Do not waste your time or money with this scammers.

I have been working networx for sometime this past week they have sent me over 100.00 in poor leads when ask to speak with someone about customer service guy name mark called and told me there not responsible for it and they can not give me back anything even if all the leads are poor. They will see what they can do but I have been told that before I have ask to speak to supervisor or customer service about the issue's and there customer service rep.

I have hired this company twice to expand my patio. Each time the owner of the company has been very professional and courteous. Very pleased with the outcome of my patio

This company is nothing but a scam. Do not use them run far away! They do not give quality leads and I'm pretty sure that most of the leads that they send are fake. Out of 35 leads we have only had one quality lead, and the job that we got from it was not big at all. It cost us more money to use Networx for a month than what we profited off of that job. These people are a joke.

No refund policy. Even if the leads are bogus, they are due the funds because they gave you a phone number. SO MANY embarrassing calls with people who clearly had no idea why I was calling. If Networx can find their name and number online, they sell it as a lead. You can get the bogus leads back- as a credit for more bogus leads. Shame that there is a company out there doing this.

Absolute horrible experience with these con artists. 1 out of 10 leads is actually legit but often in the wrong category making it useless. Fake names, fake #'s. I received one where the potential customer answered the phone, when I said I was referred by Networx he got upset with me saying he never filled out their form and was concerned how I knew so much about him. I reported the lead to Networx and they responded 'Unfortunately, such circumstances are beyond our control' and refused to refund me. It then took 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my membership. When some loser finally called back he refused to refund my money, even the money that was still in my account, unused!
Stay far away from these crooks, I have contacted the DOJ and am looking into a class action suit. These sh*t bags need to be shut down and thrown in jail for fraud and theft.

Salesman wanted me to join. Was the rudest phone call I have ever had in my life. I am using Angies List and wanted to explore another platform... Lets just say the conversation with the arrogant, rude salesman ended (after I told him I am a one income family w a gf going through cancer to explore best cost effective action to take) ended when I hung up after he said arrogantly, "well if you are a business owner with less than 350.00 disposable cash in your pocket I dont want your service or you on my network. Absolute jerk. No wonder their score rating is so aweful.

This company started off by charging almost $75 per lead and you end up paying it because you start to get jobs and they promise to get better the more money you put in they give you almost no credit back for the misleading advertising that people get tricked in their calling you half of the time to people have no idea what you're talking about when you contact them about? Then I have a few customers that say they were tricked in the filling out a form and then next thing you know I am calling them and they're not interested. Networx will then tell you well that's your fault because you're supposed to sell the job when these people are just browsing the Internet I'm supposed to somehow put them in a headlock and sell the job after getting beat for my $75, then when they lost tons of business, they adjusted it down to about $25 per lead which would have been fair only at this point. Their company has almost diminished. I finally left after maybe 100 Leads I got 4-5 and before you think it's me I am a 10 year company I make almost a half $1 million a year. This is one of my advertising companies and I just got around to the time to cancel them so it's not my sales pitching I promise they are bottom line thieves, and I could go on for days.

A contractor with Networx or getting leads through them, did work at our house. We we arrived home we saw it was done work and when asking why it was wrong we were lied to. Will not use or recommend Chad Millican in Coldspring TX ever again.

Fake leads and they won't answer the phone for you when you try to cancel. I have to go in and change the dates to pause every month for them not to steel out my account. My lawyer is involved now says we have a good case

I spend $1000,00 to get leads this year is been slow so I said let my try this. They send me 40 leads I got not 1 answer I spoke to a rep. They said you have to keep calling them for 1 week and they will answer they are expecting multiple calls from you so they will feel special like you do care about their job. If you don't call them for at least every day for one week 1 or 2 times a day, yeah that's about right you might not get an answer from anybody but if you call them one or two times a day for the whole week, then you'll be successful with us. This is what I hear through other contractors that have been successful with us for many, years.

Just like the other reviews on here we received hundreds of fake leads. The customer service lady was rude and sassy. We tried them multiple times hoping it would finally be a good source of revenue for us and every single time fake leads on fake leads. Wouldn't recommend them even to our competitors.

We tried their service. They gave us bogus leads. We've told them multiple times to stop calling us. They continue to harass us and post fake reviews online about us. We're on the DNC list. We're registered complaints with FTC.

Worst company ever! They only give you recycled leads, when you want to cancel they actually keep your money, worst customer service worst customer oriented company we very used worst lead source we've ever used been in business since 2014 and this is the worst experience we've ever had.

I call networx because they deny 2 refund credits. At first could not get in touch with customer then he answer me and said he dont want the job no more thats why i reported it, SUSAN she works for NETWORX she was rude and she was yelling at me, she got msd because i said that lead they send me they told me they dont want the job to be done. And she said that they got in touch with them and they said they still need the job done. So why coulnt she refund me a credit if they told me they dont want the jon to be perform. But no she was rude and loud, she does not know how to do customer service at all. She is the rudes women i have ever talk in my life. She really needs to take classes for customer service.Okay i lost $130, but it hurts me more the way she spoke to me. I can't get over this call. They just care about the money they dont care about customers. I will start trying another apps i will pause networx, maybe when i come back they have a better staff working there!

This company has no interest in seeing that you and them together are successful. They only care about sending you bogus leads that are expensive. It's starts out good the first week to get you hooked. After that the leads that they send you has already been sold to others, so costumer don't answer or they ignore you all together. They are selling the same leads to as many people possible. When you talk to them they are going tell you, "You paid for the leads information and it's up to you to get the job after the fact the lead has already been sold. Job awarded to someone else. They have no interest in your success only their own
