Great customer service

This company has the best customer service. If I can't load pictures they request that I email it to them and they handle it for me. I have use this company when it was Yodle and I'm still happy with my website. I build most of it myself but there is always someone to help me out if I mess up. Thank you Web.com

I'm having a lot of problems with installing the ssl certificates and my word press has been giving me a "too many redirects" error so I cant even get in to my dash board. But the service is good and customer service is excellent. I would recommend Web.com to anyone who wanted to build a site. I just wish I could get the stuff to work. I don't understand why there is no install ssl button like other sites have or why there is no ftp file manager that i can access to use personally to fix the redirect error. All in all though its a good service

Poor English pronunciation skills...

Poor English pronunciation skills... I was lied to about grace period... I was upsold... another agent tried to sell me a product before even fixing the problem he was supposedly working on... I was lied to about getting a return phone call... I was told to wait 24 - 48 hours multiple times with no resolution...totally confusing getting tossed between Network Solutions and Web.com... A completely miserable experience last over a week.

Beware

Beware. They will not let you delete your credit cards to stop further payments. They make it impossible to delete your account. And charges. I put a stop on my card and getting a new one. Filed complaint with BBB. Going to file a complaint with Attorney General's office.
