I have had the $9.99 sub and was occasionally overcharged for it a few times. But in the end I managed to get my money back. The limit on the number of devices you can connect to your account is infuriating. There are still a few good shows I occasionally tune in to, but I do not know if I am going to be spending on Netflix any longer with how things look lately.

Limited use when I pay for service. Only my household is allowed to use Netflix service. But Netflix will not let me use the service when I travel.even tho I pay for it. Also they change their policy with OK accept only. In which that how a Democratic business is run. Control with with agreement only. Always give agree are disagree opinion. I only use our account first us. We are not thieves and I use your service for my household. So we should use it where we go. Motels, my commercial truck. We have not giving account are password out. But Netflix has restricted my uses even this I pay for it. My suggestion is look at IP data its not that hard or make a call I give you the IP I use it on. Very easy. Instead of blocking a paying customer.

Unfortunately since I got Netflix in 2016, it seems as if the streaming service Netflix has gone down hill canceling almost every new tv show they come out with, rarely adding new shows or movies and as said above they cancel everything they add And Upper the price for no justifications.

Impossible to Cancel

Netflix was fun for a while till they renegotiated their terms and raised their prices. I canceled the last 3 months straight and they continued to charge me for each month. So finally I called (had to google the number, it's not on their site at all), and although they said they refunded me for the last 3 months that I have email verification for my cancel request for, they only refunded me for one. They make it impossible and miserable to try and cancel.

I HATE Netflix

With this new anti-password sharing movement, the Netflix app continously kicks me out and refuses to let me sign back in without going through three different steps of verification. This process is stupid and complicated, and makes me want to quit using this service. Netflix is making it harder for people to access their account because they are GREEDY. $#*! Netflix.

When nextflx first came out they was able to shut down blockbuster with the low cost of $5.99, few months later to $7.99 then few more months they jumped to $12.99, people blew up and started cancelling their Netflix service,so Netflix lowered back down to $7.99, after a year it went back up to where it's at now $9.99-$12.99 which is B.S. THEN they limited you how my members can have access to Netflix. This is why I will never go back and it's been at least 8yrs or more. There are two many more platforms out there that are cheaper and play better movies. Nextflx movies will play the same ones for 2,3 months sometimes. NOT WORTH IT. SHOVE IT NETFLIX

Upon start

I am tired that whenever I start up my firestick Netflix automatically opens and won't allow me to exit without logging in. I have not hit the Netflix button and at times it won't let me exit out of it. Netflix us beginning to do too much that they don't need to be involved in. Haven't watched it in a while because they're becoming too money hungry. I use to like Netflix but lately not so much and they're becoming prejudiced.

With 1070plus episode of one piece please just put most of them, than just 18seasons, it's an interesting series watching little at a time not interesting at all, like now u just added 2 season, there isn't much to watch on Netflix, am just waiting for one piece all seasons

They can even host all shows and movies. I'm watching one piece rn and they only have a few seasons on netflix. They just sent a notification saying a new season 5 or 6 is out. There are 20,000 other websites that actually have all 15 seasons ready to watch. I'm so tired of this company I cancelled my 8 year membership. I'll watch elsewhere. Good bye!

Multiple reasons why I am leaving netflix

1) Sometimes my wifi is not working so I use a cellular hot spot, still can't use devices because it is not part of the household. Netflix is no longer meant for travelers or people who might have to choose a wifi payment vs a cell phone bill payment or have wi-fi maintenance done.

2) I traveled to spend time with my Mother and Father, my mother has breast cancer and I wanted to watch a show that on netflix with them to have some family fun time. I couldn't log in because their TV was not part of the household. We ended up signing up for another streaming platform to watch a different movie.

3) I have to jump through hoops to be able to watch Netflix on my own devices when leaving the house. I guess Netflix isn't for the user. It is just for the house.

I used to think Netflix was a family friendly streaming platform...they are just greedy. I spend a lot of time with family and friends who have cable and don't watch on streaming platforms and this definitely turned them off from becoming a part of the Netflix Club.

NETFLIX IS GREEDY...NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY...DOES NOT THINK ABOUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE LESS MONEY OR STRUGGLING...DOES NOT CARE ABOUT 2 PARENT HOUSEHOLDS...DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THOSE WHO TRAVEL!

IF I AM PAYING ALL THIS MONEY A YEAR TO WATCH NETFLIX...I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WATCH IT ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME I WANT. IT IS NOT LIKE THEY ARE PAYING ACTORS AND WRITERS LIKE THEY SHOULD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

Netflix not the same

I don't know what happened to Netflix they are not the same they play nothing but foreign movies with them not even talking we missed the old Netflix getting ready to cancel them. They release a lot of new movies but almost all of them are B &c rated movies they don't even have the good stuff no more what happened to your Netflix stop playing India movies and third world country movies. You need to start playing Real movies

Price up content down

If Netflix plans to keep customers after price increases they should give quality up to date content and movies. They can always bundle with another company. But with all the streaming competition paired with customers becoming money savvy can definitely see Netflix getting pushed to the back. Step it up Netflix. I've been a customer since day one.

Have had Netflix for over 10 years and now that I move away from my home I can't access it any more for not being on the same internet and prices are to ridiculous to want to sign up for an account.

It seems that Netflix is targeting subscribers that are unable to buy a new TV. We are on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy a new TV. Netflix recently informed us that our TV will no longer be supported. Now I will have to scrape off the Netflix button that came with the TV remote control.

Disappointed

Have been a customer of Netflix since the streaming platform first was available. I pay for 4 devices at a time and now they're telling me that they can limit where I can watch those devices. So, if I'm not a town for longer than 30 days, I only get to use one code to continue using and then they cut me off. How am I supposed to go home every 30 days, if I work out of town, just to log in to my Wi-Fi so that I can keep streaming a service I pay $20 a month for? Now I'm having to pay an extra $8 a month in order to be able to use my app at another location this is highway robbery! When I did pay that $8 tried to transfer a profile like it says I should be able to and it resulted in nothing but headaches. Customer service is a joke. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me! That's our money at work people, about to cancel I'm so sick of this period
