Netflix web page has a live person number to call they will pick up and tell you to call back tomorrow and that they are open 24/7, but just not to help you.
They do forget that its recorded on both ends and will/can be played back for the world to hear.
Ok site. Not enough good 4k movies/content and has missing sequels for movies. For example they will have part 1 and part 4 of a movie, or just part 3 of a franchise, this is so pointless. Also the movie selection on the UK site is pretty dry compared to other countries.
The site is cool overall but those things i mentioned are a little annoying.
I like Netflix except for a few things:
1) When I finish watching a movie, it gives me 3 suggestions but only 10 seconds to pick one. There is no way to stop this count-down without losing the suggestions. This is on my PS3 so maybe it's different for people that view Netflix on other systems.
2) No subtitles in many new movies. Even when half the movie is in a language other than English, I can't turn the subtitles on.
Other than that, I love Netflix!
I don't have cable so I depend on Netflix. There are always great tv shows and movies to watch immediately. Keep your DVD queue filled and they send DVD's right away. Easy to return because the envelope that you receive the DVD in is also used to send it back at no cost to you.
Except for their occasional down-time involving maintenance that they don't alert users to, I have a good selection of the shows I enjoy though I hope they'll offer more selections where it concerns older films, such as hulu offers.
It's still a streaming service that provides its own TV shows, however, it has low quality, got rid of every show that was known for, locks you out of account after first payment bounce, and charges the same if not more. Get Hulu or HBO max, both perfect together
I can never get any help from customer service by calling or using chat. They are clueless and can not understand anything you tell them. They will never tell you a feature is not available on their site and instead they waste your time by running around the issue and suggesting meaningless things to do that never resolves the problem. Netflix has no clue which movies you watched and rated and will continue to show you same movies you rated and watched and suggest you watch again (No i'm not talking about MY LIST) and their staff can not comprehend the issue.
Firstly, I started with a free trial period and watched the most popular serials. But then, I decided to purchase family plan and share it with my family and it was worth it. I am totally satisfied with the service)

I have payed for Netflix since it just about started. The only people I shared with was my daughter's. What you charge now and have cut the sharing to close family. I and all my kids have canceled any part of Netflix. You may have gained some people but you lost alot of loyal customers. I honestly hope you keep losing customers now that you just have people that got pushed into getting it because of sharing. Most will probably cancel when they are done with their shows. And now almost everything you see on Netflix you can see somewhere else. To bad after all these years I refuse to support Netflix as well as my entire family.

I have been subscribing to Netflex for 17 years. Honestly I don't watch it but a few times a month. Last year Netflix changed the plans and I started paying over $20 per month not that original $7 I started with. I have 2 fire sticks in my house and travel with a third. I was recently stopped during logging into the system and informed that all devices must work within same WiFi address. I called in and was informed that was correct. As a weekly business traveler I enjoy watching my Firestick from the hotels I stay in. Unfortunately Netflex will not be on my Firestick anymore. I am the only person in my household. Only 1 log in a time! Netflix didn't think this through! But on a positive note, I saved $21.64 a month! All my other services are free! Good bye Netflix!

If you lose a DVD you obviously have to pay for it, but if you find it within 365 days (Yes a WHOLE freakin year), and mail it back to them, they will refund ALL of the money! How neat! No problems with netflix so far. =]

From romance to action to thriller to horror, you have so much choice. Netflix is a great price for what you get and it's great for watching your favourite movies!

I have had Netflix for YEARS. All the sudden it starts logging me out of everything and I cannot log back in. I've reset the password multiple times and still cannot sign in. Nobody in my family can log back in now after being signed out and yet we are still being charged every month even after canceling the account.I'm still waiting on a resolution from customer service from 4 days ago.

I don't like how they dictate which shows should be renewed, NOT based on the customer but on what Netflix decides, appalling attitude by changing last minute to not renew a show or to pull out after saying they will renew a good show. Starting to feel scammy, I heard something about it being for data. Netflix does not consider the needs of the customer.
I was one of the people who never "got" netflix until the rising cost of cable got the best of me and I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be more happy with it. It's like having a full video store at your fingertips. We play netflix through our X-box 360 and even with a sub-par internet connection it works amazing.
