Totally misleading. I was double-billed for shipping and handling. Customer service people will not deal with complaints (claim is that system is being updated and orders cannot be located). Rep tells me that once an order is shipped, they cannot guarantee that a charge can be changed. Stay away from this company! Total rip-off!
I placed an order on line for one $19.99 item plus $7 postage but six weeks later I
Received the order but instead of one they shipped TWO and charged for two jars of cream I never ordered and when I checked I discovered my credit card had been
Charged over $60. And on top of that the device didn't do anything to change my
Neck. It is a total fraud. When you receive your shipment your money is long gone.
Then they plaster the web with their ads and phony testimonials. Total FRAUD.
