Super easy to use. Puts your neck in a great position to stretch your vertebrae. Before I had neck surgery 13 months ago I first had to go physical therapy. There I used a device to stretch my neck. It used a pump mechanism. Did not work anywhere near as good as the neck hammock. No moving parts makes it very easy to use.
Everything was awesome! Prices were good and service and shipping were great!

Everything showed up as promised and I was easily able to hook the hammock to a doorknob on a little used door. I have tried multiple positions on several occasion and never felt the vertical pull i was hoping for. Most of the time it actually hurt my neck, and the best I was able to achieve was a neutral position.

I thought maybe the neck hammock would work for me, I was referred by my chiropractor. I feel the problem is that my neck has a reverse curb, it's not what most people have.

Neck hammock is the type of product you'll buy and end up storing it away never to really think about pulling it out again. Yes, it does give you some relief. The kind of relief where you feel like the muscles in your neck and shoulders are given a break. But does it feel like a stretch? No, it doesn't. I would go with someone like the Saunders traction device for something that deals with an actual neck problem. Neck Hammock, It's more like someone giving you a piggy back ride when you're too tired to walk. But if that's what you're looking for then you may get more out of using it than I did.
Have not tried the hammock yet.
