The relief effect was a surprise.
I used the Hammock for only a few minuut s and not the suggestie 10 minuuts.
I was pleasantly surprised with the feeling free of tension around the shoulder and neck area.
The item took three weeks to arrive, but it's worth the wait. Use a stopwatch when using, as you may find yourself drifting off within a few minutes. It's so relaxing.
So far, I don't know whether it's doing any good or not, my neurosurgeon said I've got to get a 30 minute sweat up every day, and don't stress and the muscles will go back to normal, and the blood flow will make my neck feel better, I said I'm 63 not 32, and said I need to stand tall, and don't let your neck lean forward. I've got another 20 yrs of pain, as I have suffered a sore neck for over 36 yrs, so I think I know my body better than anybody else, DON'T YOU's all THINK?

I have herniated discs and have spent the entire winter getting weekly cortisone shots. The Neck Hammock is helping me a great deal. It is amazing! You will not regret ordering one for yourself!
Needed to work out how far away from the vertical you want to set your hammock. I found that having my head cradled about 15-20 com from the vertical attachment site. Got a better traction that way.
So glad I decided to buy this. It has helped to relieve my neck and arm pain so much. Definitely a solid purchase.

I received the Neck Hammock and it was exactly as described. The delivery was slow however that was due to COVID19 and no fault of Neck Hammock. When I queried when it would be received I got a response very quickly and in fact it arrived the next day.
I am amazed it does exactly what it's supposed to do! It's relaxing and the gel material makes it quiet and comfortable. I have suffered with neck pain for over 30 years. Buy it!

Customer service was great because FedEx apparently could not find my address and they returned to sender my first order. They promptly sent another order out to me.
Only had opportunity to use it a couple times but it's very relaxing. Haven't had the chance to put it to the pain relieving test, yet. Seems like it'll work.
I was watching this product and went it became available and on sale I knew I had to try it. It is so relaxing I wish I could sleep like that. Felt my neck release and blood flow. I am so happy!

I've used it about eight times and I have seen a little difference. I have four bulging discs in my neck and I have a straight neck.

I am still working out the best position and tension, but I think the Neck Hammock will ultimately be very good for my neck and shoulders, which have become extremely tight and painful.
I have not used it yet as I am struggling to find a door in my house. All doors are cavity sliding.
