OK, here are 4 photos of my order. First photo is my order number. Second picture are the products listed that I originally ordered. Third picture is the switch that I made in regards to the material that I wanted and was charged extra money for it ( first product listed on my original order), it says gray for color as my second attachment which is the original order. Fourth attachment is what my order now shows on my account with this company and it shows the first listed product which is the one that they made a mistake on, it says red like the second product that I ordered. I emailed them and never heard back, informing them the color should have been gray, not red. No one should use this company for any covers they need made. The company makes mistakes and they don't even take ownership to fix it like it said on the original order. Also, my original order that I placed is no longer on my account. Only the one they re-shipped which was incorrect listing the red color. If you look at the second attachment and the last attachment, you can see the material I requested and paid extra money they made the change on, doesn't match the last attachment where it says red, it shows the incorrect material. I made a copy of the original order due to not trusting this company and I was right. My original order should be listed along with that order listing the mistake they corrected which is still incorrect. The information on the last three attachments are from my invoice so you know that I paid for these products. If you order from this company, you are ordering at your own risk.

I've used it about eight times and I have seen a little difference. I have four bulging discs in my neck and I have a straight neck.
This is a great product! I have one in my office and recommend it to my patients all the time. It's a great way for patients to get a bit of neck decompression at home between visits. I use it myself when I have a headache. It helps take the tension out of neck muscles, which can help with neck pain and headaches. It doesn't take the place of professional physical therapy care, but is a great tool to help people! I gave one to my mom for Christmas! She loves it!

I tried the neck hammock 3 times. The first time I think it was too low. The 2nd time it was uncomfortable, so gave up. Decided to give it one more try and used a post instead of a door handle. I timed it for 5 mins once I got my position adjusted as best I could. After the 5 minutes, my neck was worse! When my PT creates traction, she pulls from under the base of the cranium, but the neck hammock is pulling from mid-head.
