When I purchased this shirt I was super excited for it, but when it said delivered I didn't ever get the package. I waited for quite some time just in case something weird happened and I just needed to wait a bit longer, but it still never showed. When I contact Neatoshop Alex told me that they would help me out in any way possible. I ended up getting my shirt, which I absolutely love. I opted for a Ringspun for just a little extra and it was worth it. The shirt is incredibly comfortable and soft.

I recently ordered a couple of shirts from Neato Shop. They arrived as promised, and the prints are of a very high quality. Colors are well aligned, image is well placed and accurate to the site, etc. The price is arguably on the high side, but you really do get what you pay for for. I generally prefer supporting a small business like this. Either way, buying the cheapest thing possible usually isn't the same thing as getting the best value, and NeatoShop is a great *value*.

That opinion was justified by an interaction with customer service. I ordered one shirt from an order in the wrong size, which was my fault. When I contacted them, they responded very quickly and personably. They also provided an outstanding resolution to my issue with no hassle whatsoever. And *that* rare experience is why I'll definitely be ordering more stuff from this place in the future.

I just placed my 1st order with NeatoShop and, I have to say, the customer service there is AMAZING! I messed something up on my order and I wrote them ~~ and not only did they get back to me very quickly, they remedied the situation AND without any extra charge or delay in preparing my order! I'm so happy with how they treat their customers and fix issues (even when it's not their fault!)… I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks, Alex at NeatoShop! Highly recommend.

It was my first time ordering from this shop… and it won't be my last! Customer service is BEYOND AMAZING! And it's also QUICK! I ordered 2 shirts for a dear friend and unfortunately the size wasn't right. Maybe that was my fault but Alex from NeatoShop was quick to fix the issue! This business is amazing! We had accidentally ordered the wrong size and they are replacing it for free and also letting us keep the other shirt! They have been so nice and quick to reply to my email. I will def keep ordering from them!

I ordered couple of ringspun t-shirts with prints and really like the quality. The base t-shirt is "Next Level" brand with 100% cotton tag. I also changed my delivery address in the middle of the service and received the confirmation email right away. They changed the delivery service provider to fit my requirements with no extra charge and provided the tracking info.
This small business is doing a great service so I think they need positive feedback as a support.

The print quality is very good and the price for such quality is not high, given that this is not the most popular store

I've tried a few t-shirt printing companies in the past and none of them have ever gotten it quite right. Some so bad that they agreed to refund my money before I even asked for it. Neatoshop did everything right. The final product matched the original image and there was constant communication leading up to the printing job. This is business stellar with top tier customer service!

I have made two purchases so far and will continue to for a long time. I suggest getting the ring spun cotton as it is VERY soft. If you can find a shirt here from your favorite nerdy endeavor then the shirt doesn't exist. Customer service was very helpful when USPS lost a shirt of mine in the mail. They sent me out a new one with expedited shipping. Just go check out the site and you wont be disappointed.

I've ordered several times from this site because I really like some of their designs. That being said, shipping times are measured not in days, or even weeks but MONTHS. Will be looking at other options with faster shipping times for future orders.

I bought a Medium sized, black, How to Train Your Bat ladies Slim Fit T-Shirt from NeatoShop and I love it! It fits perfectly and is very good quality. They have great customer service and have answered all of my questions.
I am around 5' and about 113lbs.

I ordered a shirt from here (after checking my own size requirements, mind) and found it to be a bit too small (the world really needs Medium+/Large- options). After emailing them asking if I could return it for a replacement/get a discount for one, they just shipped me a Large for no additional cost or even asking that I send it back! Repeat customer right here.
They also have a size chart lot and of options for material (go for Ringspun, the extra comfort is definitely worth it) and the prices are competitive.

A few months ago, (just before Christmas) I set out on a quest to find a replacement shirt for one I've had for quite some time. This proved difficult and just before I gave up I came across NeatoShop. They had the design I was looking for and offered it on a higher quality material! I was stoked! I ordered the shirt and shortly after, received it. When I opened the box and tried on the shirt, it was too small. I immediately reached out to customer service and Alex assured me a new shirt would be sent out at no charge. Here however, is the kicker: THIS WAS MY ERROR! I had ordered in the wrong size! Alex at the shop didn't rub my nose in it or re-charge me, they simply sent me a new shirt, free of charge and encouraged me to donate the smaller shirt. (which I did). This goes well beyond customer service and speaks to a company who puts customers before even their profits (a rarity) all during a pandemic that has decimated small businesses and supply chains. I am grateful, and humbled to say it succinctly. NeatoShop will be my first stop going forward when in the market for screen printed Tee's, and it should be yours too!

Excellent t shirts. I had an issue with the size of a t shirt. I'm from the UK so wasn't sure how to go about sending it back for a different size. I contacted the shop and they were so helpful. They are shipping me another one straight away. No questions asked, no issues. Will definitely be using the shop again. Absolutely superb products and the best customer service I've ever had.

Great quality, neat products, and world class customer service. I had an change of plans before Christmas and emailed about changing my shipping details. The site host/customer service representative responded very quickly and personally, helping me make the changes necessary to get my item delivered on time. Additionally, the product itself was high quality and exactly what I expected when ordering. Would recommend to a friend.

I ordered the wrong size, they are sending me the size I need at no cost and they do not want the shirt back, i will donate it since it is the wrong size. Great company!

First thing's first. I ordered shirts from NeatoShop but had to cancel my order. Alex, the owner, refunded my order the same day and still sent me both t-shirts for free! It was ridiculously awesome customer service.

I saw a NeatoShop t-shirt in a YouTube video and it caught my eye due to it's originality and cleverness. We all like wearing things like that, but it's rare you actually find t-shirts with pop culture references that aren't the same old thing found on etsy, cafepress, or t-spring.

The shirt I loved was the "Only Zuul" shirt which was a play on the Red Bull logo and the two dog creatures from the Ghostbusters movie. Fantastic. Will definitely be buying again.
