Like someone else, I should have read the reviews first before ordering. The dress was too small and I didn't like the look in person. Everything I read on their website didn't seem to indicate any issue with returning as long as it's within the 15 days from receipt. I've emailed over 10 times to get a refund and they refuse to give me the information needed to return the dress. So mad!

Bought a dress for $350 waited two months before receiving. Was horrible quality and fabric. Way too small! Requested return address for weeks got no response! Refused to refund my money! Still trying to get refund after weeks

I should have checked reviews prior to ordering my "custom made" pantsuit. I payed extra for faster shipping. I received a confirmation for my purchase which stated My order was processed April 2,2022? The amount paid Was higher than the original amount on the order, also the delivery date would not be until May. I requested a refund three times and a few days ago was told, per their refund policy for cancellations I would only be refunded 50%. Scam…..

I have been trying since May 15 to return a dress. I've been emailing them weekly sometimes several times a week. You will be told you can return the dress, they will not give you address to return it. Then they will offer you $25 to just keep the dress. I've been trying with "Lucy" for 3 months to return my dress. It is exhausting. I think I've just been ripped off of $200. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My dress didn't fit, way too small plus the quality was horrific. Learn from my mistake!

I bought a what looked beautiful online, a pantsuit, gave my measurements and it came to me 6 weeks later to be 2 sizes to small on top and 2 sizes too big on bottoms! I went through the return process online and I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so I emailed them. Told them my situation. Another 2 weeks goes by without and answer. I emailed again! This continues for a few weeks, telling me it would cost too much to send it back, then they wanna offer me $20! Screw them!

Received a dress, the style was not the one that was ordered. The size was also wrong. My sister was the one purchasing & I took her measurements. It was mostly pink, so they got the color right. Emails back & forth. I should've read the reviews first & then we could've saved ourselves the bother. Would actually rate them a 0.

I bought a "special occasion" dress for my son's wedding. The dress was supposed to be red but it arrived very pink and very wrinkled. The top did not fit even thought I had taken measurements. The company stalled when I asked for a return and then told me that I had waited too long to return the dress. Bad product, bad service!

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. No where on the site did it say the dress was actually a pant suit. I had it rushed and it still took forever. It finally arrived and was cheaply made and too small, and not a dress. I emailed them to return it and they said it was not their problem and I should sale it or give to a friend. They offered me a small amount to keep it. Do not buy anything from this site.

DO NOT ever order from this place! Ordered a gown and it was too small. Emailed them that I would like to return it. Never heard back from them. I intend to report them to my credit card company and to the better business bureau.

Beware! This company refused to provide me with a correct return address. The only address (or infor at all) was on the package. But, that address doesn't actually exist.
They wanted me to keep the dress and offered to give me back a portion of the full price of the dress.
I appealed the cost of two dresses, one of which I never received, with my credit card included all electronic communications, and was granted a full refund from them.

Ladies, please please be very aware of this company when considering ordering from them. If your dress is wrong for any reason and wanting to return it they do not honor there Return Policy. First of all its all by email. No phone number. They will NOT give you a return address label. Then they will offer you 50% of a refund for your item which clearly you will NEVER RECEIVE. Postponing postponing is what they do til you just give up. So when I rate this company I can not justify even a one star. I would put it in a MINUS.

Dress seems to be good quality all in all even though some of the beads fell off while I was unpacking it. That didnt even bother me. But the wrong color was received and it doesn't fit at all. I've tried to email them to return it and they don't seem to do returns at all. Also they were very short telling me it's not thier fault I ordered the wrong color which I did not. So I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit even if it was the right color. So don't go off the measurements either they aren't accurate. I'm giving a one star rating only because thats the lowest the review will allow.

I regret even hearing the name NC Gowns. I ordered a mother of the bride's dress and when it arrived the size was way too small. I requested a return authorization and was informed that they didn't give them. I was told I would have to return the merchandise to China at my expense and provide them with a tracking number. I did that, they received the merchandise back and still I have not received a refund. I have emailed them several times and communicated with Lucy who told me that my money would be refunded. I have been trying to get my money back for over two years now. They are not an honorable company and my advice to everyone is to never do business with them.

These dresses are the cheapest knock-off dresses you can imagine! They Will NOT return your money! I Shipped my return to China- it came back. Save yourself so much trouble- do not buy!

Please Please don't fall pray to this company. They sent me garbage and wouldn't provide the return address. Luckily my credit union reimbursed the 400.00.

I placed an order with them and they charged my credit card. I cancelled the order the next day as I was concerned with their return policy. They never refunded the money. $782.96. The order was cancelled following all their requirements to cancel an order. The provided no services to me other than charging my credit card. I have been trying for close to 4 months to get my money back. Judging from the other reviews I have read, it looks like I never will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a dress from this company (based out of China)... which was my first mistake. The dress came several weeks after ordering... For a custom made dress, it was very stiff, tight, and uncomfortable. After numerous emails to them... and them trying to get me to select another dress and I did not have the time to wait on another dress due to a wedding coming within 2 weeks at the time. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they would give me a partial refund... it's been 6 weeks and 5 emails without any replies from them. Please don't waste your time with this place!

The back of my dress looks nothing like it does in the photo. It appears the seamstress was either unable to mimmick the design or decided to do incorporate her own design. Either way the back of the dress looks horrible and the front of the dress has puffy gathering in the growing area that I cannot smooth out. Very unsatisfied that I will have to spend more money to buy another dress. In my opinion, do not order from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased a dress from NCgowns for my son's wedding. The material of the dress was rough and did not look as expected. I immediately reached out to the company for assistance in sending the dress back. It had arrived with no purchasing information and no order number. Therefore, I as unable to complete the return form online. A representative name Lucy responded wanting to send me another dress. I explained that the dress for a wedding and that I did not have time to wait for another dress. I asked again for information to send the dress back. I have gone back & forth with Lucy for almost 2 months with no resolution Today, I received another email from Lacey suggesting that I donate the dress. Although I'm all about donating and do quite often I wanted my money back for the dress that I was not able to wear to my son's wedding. I highly recommend that you never buy anything from this company.
