Another dress company based in China. No way to get a hold of them, bad products, dishonest and you can't return items. They will make excuses and it will be hell. They will take your money and run. You will be left with very cheap, poor quality and workmanship products, and no customer service at all! They go under other names jj gowns, so gowns, etc. Always check where the product is made. If no phone number or international number, dont do it! You will wish you hadnt. I ordered from a Chinese company-Anniecloth and I was treated horribly. It took 2 months, awful service, poor products, not correct sizes, would not refund even 15% made lots of excuse. Never again! Look at reviews for sogowns and see. I didnt order from this company but its the same treatment from any of these Chinese companies.

Ordered my grandma an outfit for my wedding. It was not all what we ordered. Sent it back. The return address listed was invalid. Will have to dispute funds with the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Will not acknowledge my return request. Item arrived to late and did not fit, per their measurements.

I ordered a standard sample size 4 dress, with an overskirt. The fit was all over the place. The halter neck was too small, the chest WAY to big, the waist of the dress fit but the over skirt was too big. I followed the instructions and filled out the required form, per their website to process a return. I waited for my return request to be approved, and as soon as I received confirmation about 3-4 days later, I returned the dress using the mailing address found on the package it was shipped in (which they tell you is how you have to return). They provide no alternative address to return the dress to instead. After about 3 weeks, I sent an email inquiring as to when I'd be receiving my refund. I knew something wasn't right when I received their response. 1 question. "where did you send the dress?!" Why would that be their 1st question? Bc this is a regular occurrence. I started digging and found they have several claims against them at the BBB stating the same exact thing. So I'm out $175 + $75 shipping to and from and they went from instant replies to my emails to crickets... And If someone does reply, they will say "how can I help you?" ARE YOU SERIOUS. READ ANYONE OF THE EMAILS IN OUR 62 THREAD CONVERSATION AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE SITUATION! DEFINITELY SCAM COMPANY

I ordered the dress in first picture in blue but got the dress in second picture! So you decide for yourself if you want to buy from this Company

If I could have given this company no stars that is what I would give them. This is an unprofessional business and definitely a rip off. I order a dress on March 19th the money came out of my account on the 22nd of March. I reached out to the company because I hadn't received a confirmation number or tracking number. April 6th is when I received the tracking information. April 12th the tracking information was incorrect. April 13th I received the correct tracking information. April 17th I inquired why was this item taking so for the item to arrive. April 22nd I asked for a phone number and that I needed to talk to someone for information on this item and expressed to them how the wedding was in a week and can I cancel this item and get a refund. April 27th I was told through email (keep in mind all of this is through email no phone conversation) to be patient that the package was in transit and if I didn't need the item when it come I can request and address and mail it back. The dress arrived on May 7th a week after the wedding. Today is May 13th 2021 and I been requesting the return address since May 7th. This not a reliable company it is a fake. The dress is not what I was expecting and it has a smell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. FAKE FAKE SCAM SCAM
