I bought the premium NBA league pass, Download and watch later was included, now with new App, they took it out after they took my money, ion my case I travel a lot, and I like to watch the games on. The plane, they always keep changing things around, since I got it this year, I had only trouble using it on my browser, ended up using on the terrible new NBA app. NBA, with the money you have, for GOD sake, stop lying to people and get us a good app to enjoy your games, or maybe you can learn something from the NFL App.

I still use NBA.com. I don't have cable and I wanted to follow the warriors season. This was, maybe still is, the best way to watch there games. The other day they played Utah and the game was close. 4 minutes before the end of the game the screen went blank and the video feed was no longer available. It was not my computer. I called tech support... and I was told that I could watch the game in "archive" mode once it was available. No proper apology or refund for the game. They were "sorry I felt that way". I don't need to explain to this crowd how annoying this scenario is, but try getting someone in tech support to understand! Good luck. I still use the app and I think it is good product. They just need to back the product up a little bit. Do I recommend the product... Meh

Devin Booker is straight trash can need to remove him from NBA. He's a NBA player that no body likes also made me quit playing 2k23 because how are they going to have trash bums sponsoring a decent game NBA will lose alot of money keeping him in NBA and that's a promise many other friends said same thing. Soon enough I will stop watching basketball for good if the nba keeps recruiting bums like this

I have bought few products but unfortunately sizes were wrong. I have since returned them around Dec 15 and bought proper sizes. I mailed the wrong sizes back as per website directions. I have since emailed customer services and never heard back, called customer services but no option to speak to anyone, live chatted with customer services with NO ONE available to chat so it shuts off.
I am very dissapointed

Amazing website. I am very fig fan of NBA. This site really useful for getting all the official news related to match scores, schedules, stats, League Pass, video recaps, fantasy, rankings and more for NBA players and teams. Very informative and updated site for daily NBA updates.

I want to stress how annoying it is to see professional NBA players actively on the court with their mouth guard's hanging out of their mouth's and being chewed on! It's gross and unprofessional! We are watching grown men, not pre-school children!

If you are a real fan of NBA then you'll know the ups and downs quite good. I won't talk about the league as it holds a special spot in my heart, but I see people complaining about ordering products with wrong sizes. I had the same problem, I called and asked for customer service and they were quick to take care of it. No need to brag about it, people...

NBA.com besides American football and baseball, probably one of the best watched Sports entertainment in the US. Of course I would get in the review action because I am a fan also. I just wish this lockout stops. Players should let the owners make their money. Heh. They seem to forget that they are employees and not business partners.

Now, the site hasn't changed their theme in years. It would be great if they can cook up a new design or something. It's somewhat kind of boring looking at the same for years. Nice thing about this is that they have team sites where you can visit your favorite(s). Good buffering time for their videos. Good articles from their writers. It's like reading NBAtv. 5 stars for you guys.

You know i realy think the nba needs to start calling less fouls on the denfece i mean now its every game there is like that called for like a push even though they didt even touch him you know. I think that they need to go back to 80s basketball but as phsyical but still more phical than it is know

I ordered a hoodie well before Christmas. I paid extra to have it supposedly delivered in 4 days. The parcel didn't arrive until the 3rd Jan to late for a present.
I've went to return it and they have the cheek to expect me to pay.
I think this is a disgrace

I was trying to watch a highlight video on NBA.com and they hit me with a 30 second ad. I get less ads on longer videos if I just go to YouTube for my highlights. I definitely will be going to YouTube for NBA content over the NBA's official site because of the long ads on NBA.com's videos

This site is like a virus. If you don't want your inbox littered daily avoid this site.

I signed up for their 2013 summer league coverage. I have since unsubscribed from their daily emails numerous times. Despite the appropriate checkboxes being unchecked they show up daily - sometimes 2 or 3 show up. I have written them numerous times but no one has ever responded.

The worst thing is they show my subscription as being active. When I try to make it inactive it tells me it encountered an error - come back later. When I try to delete my credit card information it tells me that it is connected to an active account and cannot be deleted. A perfect catch-22.

They recently created a lot of unhappy users by automatically renewing all their subscriptions without permission. I expect to be fighting with them at the onset of the 2014 summer league program since I have an non-cancelable subscription.

I love the NBA and have been a fan for over 30 years. This new 9/10 playoff games is some BS! Teams fought hard to get to be within that number 8 seed spot, and to turn around and make them have to play additional games to hold their spot seems more like the NBA wanting money to fill the seats for additional games. Shame on you NBA for putting your pockets before the fans and the NBA teams. I'm a Lakers fan we made it, but it's still wrong...
