I registered with Naukri hoping to get a better job. I keep receiving emails about "employers who saw my profile" but don't get to see who, when, or why. The only thing I discovered recently, as it happened to a few friends of mine, is that other employment companies started communicating with me. The got my details from Naukri and they ask for money provided they submit my CV to the employers.
As for communication, Naukri is completely unreliable. If you write a bad report they'll protest as victims and after that, they would go silent again.

Nowadays every people know the name of Naukri.com and its popularity among the job portals. From there we have purchased the subscription for our company. But we didn't have idea that Naukri.com will decide which post we should hire. We heard that they match candidates with a job and recruiter with candidates. But in our case they literally ask the reason for the job posting. We have posted for "Office Secretary", they asked the co-relation of this post with our nature of company. We have cleared all their doubts but still they were not satisfied and deactivate the account. Is this a valid reason? They have applied the dirty tricks to loot the money

Posted two Jobs online and reveived not even 25 responses for both.
Purchased 3 days ResDex services but search results are pathetic.
It showed only 323 Sales profiles in All India search.

Requesting Naukri.com & other recruiters not to entertain resources requirements if any from M/s. RACHANA CONSTRUCTION LTD, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA. Job seekers will be in trouble by unprofessional, harassment, holding payment, termination without any reason by the company MD. He don't know how to treat employees & no one even HR person also dummy at this company.

Not get calls don't know when i will recieve calls after payment. I have paid 1465 twice but still not recieve conformation

They seem to be "farzi" they charge too much for vacancy posting and we do not get proper responses from their platform, when we raise any complaint about their platform not working properly so instead of helping us they try to blame us for it, saying you have not posted it properly. Once you pay them there is no customer support after that. They are like Chinese material there is no guarantee that you will get response or not and they don't listen to you once you purchase their products.
Moreover they have made another farzi website to review other institution called "Ambition Box" when we interview candidates from Naukri.com and if they are not selected they post fake reviews about our institution. I want to ask Naukri.com that Who gave you permission to make such farzi website and if you want to review any institution, there should be proper process to it, you must check the authenticity of the reviewer and must confirm before posting any things about any institution. Anyone can post anything about any institution on their website. They don't have any security and authenticity check over there.
A "BIG FARZI" tag from my side.
We will trail #BIG FARZI if you don't stop such nuisance. Either don't sell anything and if you are selling then take responsibility and provide service to your customer.

I set up a profile on naukri.com to explore what kind of jobs are out there. I was not interested in recruiter calls.

The default setting, which they don't tell you, is to have recruiters call you.

I tried to delete my account but it won't let me.

I tried to change my password but it won't let me.

I tried calling them but the number doesn't work.

In today's world, information, privacy, and control are king. Indian companies don't get this. This is just another rubbish Indian company that will invade your space if you sign up with them, and won't offer proper controls to reverse this.

Stay away.

Pathetic service. Dont keep the promise of results of their paid services. I don't recommend naukri. Instead got better service from indeed

Naukri.com has a big network of fake people who under the banner of this site making calls by different persons regarding jobs.They ask for candidates resume with money for about ₹ 3000.Once you pay the money they call you for filling the form with big companies letter head.Once filled form submitted they again ask you money for Rs 6000/- for issuing appointment letter with companies logo.All companies letter are illegal,fraud which they somehow manage from illegal sources.After few days they again ask for money for Rs ******* claiming that he is calling from direct company where the candidate under job confirmation and the money is chargeable for police verification.Please remember that every reputed companies have their own HR division and recruitments are strictly done by them only without any outsourcing.Therefore one should avoid fake calls claiming that they are company representative and manage jobs for you. You may be at risk by sharing your details, PAN card, address proof etc.Good luck!

Nakuri FF paid services is a complete scam, paying for their services will not get you anything, infact it will reduce your chances of getting an interview. Unfortunately, I learned more about this scam after paying for it. I was promised by the salesperson that the chances of getting your profile viewer are higher, this is not the case. I was also promised that the paid services can be paused and resumed in the future for which I paid an additional amount, this was a scam as well just to get more money. I would not recommend this to anyone searching for a job. You will waste your money here. You have a better chance of getting an interview via LinkedIn.

They propose you to pay at least 300$ to place a job post in order to find candidates. Shame on you guys, is that RECRUITING at all?

We can find many opportunities on this website.

Few of the agencies will be asking for money regarding registration fee. They will ask you in a very demanding way that you are supposed to pay orelse your profile will not be moved forward. The way they talk is very bad.

I got my curriculum vitae uploaded to naukri.com, I got a lot of suggestions for work recruitment within a few days. According to my profession, some are and others are not. We also get the contact numbers to call for opportunities for a client. Good to Find Jobs!

As an applicant i notice that naukri.com is always full of job advertisements but the actual response one gets is not good.It is likely that with due collusion of naukri.com many of its expired job advertisemsnts are continuously being activated even when the same have already been expired / closed thus misleading and wasting time, energy of applicants.

Secondly for the numerous applications an applicant never gets any information rearding the status of his application / job vacancy as to weather still active / closed and the job vacancy keeps to be continuously posted on the website as active even when it might have expired way back.

Applicants are advised to be very careful of the website as they continue to use it.

For a specific reference as an example I have come across the following job advertisement on naukri.com which are fake job advertisements

1) Datum recruitment Services for contract manager for kurdistan

2) technimont mumbai for contracts manager for site in gujrat.

Both these advertisements were listed more than one year back and i was contacted by both these companies for these job openings for the same. However i did not accept their offer as the offer salary was very less below the market value.

Now it is very logical that the job openings were closed last year itself coz the project cant wait for one year for fulfilling these vacancies but these companies have been continuously adverstising these posts for past 1 year and thereby wasting the time of candidates and applicants by posting such fake jobs which actually do not exist.

Kindly seek your intervention to prevent these companies from making misuse of a free recruitment portal / service and thereby wasting valuable time and enegry of applicants by advertising fake / inexistant jobs.

It would not be out of place to mention that such fake job advertisements spoil the reputation and raise questions over the very authenticity of a reputed job portal like yours.

Please note that posting of fake job ads by employers is quite obvious to the applicants and it in turn raises questions over credibility and authenticity of the website itself thus damaging its reputation badly. Therefore it is in the better interests of naukri.com as well as applicants that you please act against these companies posting fake advertisements as the issue is already being widely discussed in professional forums like linkedien, facebook groups etc.

Shall appreciate your update to this effect. I am an experienced NRI engineer and shall provide you additional clarifications regarding the malpractices being resorted to by these companies and maybe many other such companies also; in case u need the same.

This job site is very efficient and do provide what promised. Taken service before too, and satisfied. Good business practice unlike some of duplicate sites of similar names.

I received two calls recently from naukri( as claimed) that if i wanted more job openings and to be moved up for clearer view by employer. That i should pay some amount. Naukri should please confirm this

Very nice, but i expect free online certification in naukri for members
