I asked the customer service to give advice on dosage of a mushroom extract I had ordered for my dog and they said they couldn't comment on it. In that case they should not be selling it. They are also aloof and do not adress you by name. There is no greeting. This has given me a bad feeling about this company and what they are selling. Be open, helpful and friendly. After all, your website does say you are there for the customer that, so that is what I expected.

My Vitamin purchase

I like these Kal one a day all natural vitamins because the vitamins give me energy. The price is reasonable and you get fast shipping. I recommend this product.

Bad experience

I ordered something from this company because I thought it was cheaper. They advertised free shipping but then they charged me a handling fee. 99% of the time when a company advertises free shipping that means free shipping in every way. I contacted them about this and was told they started charging the shipping to keep the prices down. What a joke. Trying to get me to believe that they are charging me more for my benefit. How insulting. They won't stop sending me advertisements even though I have asked them to stop. I am shopping elsewhere. Honesty is important to me. Other reviews confirm my opinion.

You are correct here, we do not have any shipping fees but there is a $.99 handling fee on all orders.
I wanted to follow up on the emails because generally you should be able to turn those off through your account or through one contact to us, if that did not occur I apologize. Arbitrary limits when ordering products

I have been using supplements for 40 years. Been ordering them online for at least 15 years. This has been the worst experience I've had to date with any of the suppliers.

I recently ordered 8 bottles of a probiotic from NHC. Four of us in the house take this product. Two pills/person/day. A single bottle lasts less than 8 days. Since this product must be refrigerated, I have to express ship it to minimize transit time. It is shipped with an ice pack, but even they still recommend fastest possible shipping. Given that added expense, I order 8 bottles (again, that only lasts 2 months) to minimize shipping costs and packaging/fuel waste. My order goes through. The next day, I get an email that says they will only ship 6 bottles. Some nonsense about reselling: "To protect the integrity of the products, these Professional Brands adhere to strict rules regarding the resale of their products on the internet, which unfortunately sometimes happens." At 6 bottles, 25% of the cost of the order is in shipping. Doesn't pay. I can get them at Whole Foods for cheaper.

Also, why did they even let me order 8, if they knew they wouldn't send me 8? There is no messaging about these restrictions when ordering or browsing the site. At a minimum, there should be a huge banner on ever page that says they have restrictions on quantities. Ridiculous.

Also, to be clear, I was charged for 8 bottles. So, now I am waiting to see that I get refunded for the other 2. Something I'll have to check every day. Zero faith they get this right either.

There are many other better sellers out there.

I did want to let you know that your card has only been through the pre-authorization process. This should still show as pending in your account. We don't fully charge until it is picked packed and labeled. Once we fulfill it the charge will move out of pending and will reflect the new price which will be the correct amount. Also, I'm waving your shipping fee on this order since you've had some of these issues. We will still send this next business day as requested, you just wont be charged. Your charge will be going down quite a bit when it finalizes today.

Bad customer service
October 22, 2021

There is an issue with delivery their item to me and I called customer service. My item was being at a post office for no reason. She said I have to call the PO in my city to track my item! Do I need to call all PO locations in my city to find my item? She doesn't even care to make sure that the customer receive her product.

Extra taxes
May 12, 2020

I ended up paying a little more, when my bank finished processing. It didn't match my email receipt. I called to get the 2-3 back and was told there were extra taxes for some states. And no refund. So I called my bank and got my refund that way. Not sure if the extra taxes are true or not (I live in California) but the entire cost should be reflected in my receipt. That's what I agreed to pay, and I don't appreciate being charged more later.

Excellent company

I don't usually write reviews, but wow I am so impressed by this company. I was afraid to order from them because I had never heard of them, but the product I was looking for was out of stock every where else I looked. Their prices were cheaper than any of the other sites, and shipping was free. The reviews looked good so I gave it a shot.

Delivery was very fast. The product is exactly what I ordered, and was packaged very well. I am so impressed and plan to switch to Natural Health Concepts for the other health related products that I buy.
