I have been using supplements for 40 years. Been ordering them online for at least 15 years. This has been the worst experience I've had to date with any of the suppliers.
I recently ordered 8 bottles of a probiotic from NHC. Four of us in the house take this product. Two pills/person/day. A single bottle lasts less than 8 days. Since this product must be refrigerated, I have to express ship it to minimize transit time. It is shipped with an ice pack, but even they still recommend fastest possible shipping. Given that added expense, I order 8 bottles (again, that only lasts 2 months) to minimize shipping costs and packaging/fuel waste. My order goes through. The next day, I get an email that says they will only ship 6 bottles. Some nonsense about reselling: "To protect the integrity of the products, these Professional Brands adhere to strict rules regarding the resale of their products on the internet, which unfortunately sometimes happens." At 6 bottles, 25% of the cost of the order is in shipping. Doesn't pay. I can get them at Whole Foods for cheaper.
Also, why did they even let me order 8, if they knew they wouldn't send me 8? There is no messaging about these restrictions when ordering or browsing the site. At a minimum, there should be a huge banner on ever page that says they have restrictions on quantities. Ridiculous.
Also, to be clear, I was charged for 8 bottles. So, now I am waiting to see that I get refunded for the other 2. Something I'll have to check every day. Zero faith they get this right either.
There are many other better sellers out there.

I did want to let you know that your card has only been through the pre-authorization process. This should still show as pending in your account. We don't fully charge until it is picked packed and labeled. Once we fulfill it the charge will move out of pending and will reflect the new price which will be the correct amount. Also, I'm waving your shipping fee on this order since you've had some of these issues. We will still send this next business day as requested, you just wont be charged. Your charge will be going down quite a bit when it finalizes today.
