This review is about the company "National Garage Door Co. In Rancho Cordova, CA "I had one of their garage doors installed about four years ago, then about two years ago I had them come and do a maintenance at a cost of a hundred dollars. I just recently called for another maintenance appointment, and what a JOKE. They refused to schedule an appointment during a time slot that was acceptable to me and got completely belligerent with me as I tried to explain my time slot needs. I was completely fine with an appointment two, three, even four weeks out, but no, the woman I was dealing with would not even adjust to accommodate a customer. Terrible after sale customer service and awful phone skills. I rate this company a " -8 ". Roy Sharp
