I just have to send out my great thanks and appreciation to a wonderful gentleman, Dave Weller at folsombuickgmc.com. This man has been the service advisor to me since I have started using Folsom Buick GMC couple of years ago.
This fantastic man is the most honest and caring person in this service industry I have had the pleasure of knowing, and really exemplifies the kindness and professionalism very few people strive for. Folsom Buick GMC should be very proud and honored to have him on their team.

Filterbuy furnace filters

I purchased these filters a while back and just put my first two in my registers. I am so disappointed with these filters.
They are too small by a 1/4 inch all the way around so they flop up and down every time the HVAC unit cycles.
What a joke. Almost thirty years here and never have I had this problem with any other type filter. Apparently, someone has trouble reading a measuring tape. Now I am stuck with a case of twelve of these cheap imitations. I am really suspicious as to whether they are truly made in the USA.
Very poor quality.

My Samsung refrigerator
Needed some repair on my refrigerator, called this company, first their web site quoted me 65.00 service call then on the confirmation call back the price jumped to 80.00. Technician was not professional, took off some parts, played on his phone for a long time, then complained he couldn't get the internet on his phone. Then he could not diagnose the problem, when I asked did, he check the solenoids, he mumbled "I not sure I have my OHM meter".
Then wanted to say both mother boards needed to be replaced as well as the water valve and the Ice maker. I said we were done and he raced off with his check didn't even put the ice maker parts back in the freezer or push the fridge back in place. WHAT A JOKE

This survey company is for the birds. I open every survey and 88 out of 100 are " survey is not available". They just recently changed their format and web pages, and this pattern of not being able to complete any surveys has become constant. What a joke and a very big waste of time. They fill my inbox regularly with "New Survey Available" but then it says "OOPS! " survey not available.
I have been trying to be patient but after 9 or 10 years of this, I think that maybe it's time for a big change.

This review is about the company "National Garage Door Co. In Rancho Cordova, CA "I had one of their garage doors installed about four years ago, then about two years ago I had them come and do a maintenance at a cost of a hundred dollars. I just recently called for another maintenance appointment, and what a JOKE. They refused to schedule an appointment during a time slot that was acceptable to me and got completely belligerent with me as I tried to explain my time slot needs. I was completely fine with an appointment two, three, even four weeks out, but no, the woman I was dealing with would not even adjust to accommodate a customer.
Terrible after sale customer service and awful phone skills. I rate this company a " -8 ".

Our service advisor, Anthony Aldrete, Was fantastic. He went well above his job description, I am sure. I was treated with the utmost kindness, respect concern with continual updates and the most genuine concern for my plight as humanly possible. He was determined to correct the issue my truck was there for, and got it repaired completely. Toyota, of Elk Grove, and Toyota USA, you have a gem in this young man. He is a great ambassador for your company and brand. I hope as a company you folks will always treat Anthony with the same respect and kindness, he has shown me over the last couple of weeks. What a wonderful man, Anthony, Thank you.

This review is about a Shell station located at ******* Ward Dr, Kettleman City, CA *******.
I stopped at this location early on a Sunday morning recently about 5:30 am, and folks, my opinion is never stop there. The pumps were all vandalized, the card readers were in-op, the entire station was disgusting and so dirty and sticky I was afraid to walk anywhere, let alone track all the filth into my vehicle. Then going inside was even worse. Attendant was completely rude and unhelpful and would not even allow me a second receipt after pumping my gas. Stay far away from this place. Absolutely awful. Shame on Shell and its franchise owner.

This Doctor's office is a complete failure of patient care. They make it impossible to make an appointment, almost as if they do not wish any patients. Three different times on hold, 45 minutes or more and never a person to acknowledge my call. Appears we are now experiencing SOCIALISED MEDICINE. How sad is this medical profession becoming.

The entire experience went very smooth and the company was extremely professional. After my order, when I had a question, I was directected where the answer was. After my order was on the way I discovered a discount code and when I brought this to their attention, Tyler was completely agreeable to credit my card, which happened immediately.
This whole company and their superior customer service as well as the high-quality product, will always receive my highest accolades.

This product is Garbage. The most useless box of screws I have ever purchased. Between the soft head that strips instantly, and the fact that 25 % of the screws broke at the top of the thread part before they were even close to seated. I purchased this box at our local Ace Hardware store, were I will not go to any more because of your extra poor quality product.
May be you should get back to MADE IN AMERICA.

Everyone at Tuff Shed, Sacramento, Are fantastic. We had some sheds installed about 3 years ago and during a recent wind storm, we lost a lot of shingles off one of the roofs. I called about some warranty work on this shed, {7-year warranty}. I expected a little runaround based on the amount of time. NOPE the Lady Jessica, and everyone else were so polite, helpful and wanted nothing more than to make things right. The Tech showed up on time, SO polite and professional, did the repairs and even removed all the old shingles, without being asked. All this and still I was thanked for being their customer. What a perfect business model. WOW I am so impressed.

Clyde was our representative, What a fantastic young man. He was our initial contact and, if not for him, we may have used someone else. Clyde made our ordeal so comfortable and his knowledge and expertise kept us calm and at ease. I cannot say enough great things about Clyde, Roto-Rooter Should be very proud of him and his expertise in the field. If I were a business owner, I would be doing everything I could to hire that most responsible and caring Man. Thank you so much Clyde.

Ask a lot of questions to avoid surprises, such as distance to dumping station, cost per mile, hourly charges for digging , ETC.

We had to have our septic pumped and system checked. It was a very old system and the team led by Clyde handled it all with expert and careful diligence. Job well done.
Roto-Rooter is a little expensive but there will be no call backs and the work was top-notch.

Received the new Headlamp yesterday afternoon! I took it with me on my nightly run up through northern Ca. And it charged as prescribed by the instruction sheet enclosed with it.
First may I say, what a fantastic, kind and patient customer representative you are. Also, may I humbly ask for you forgiveness for my lengthy drawn out string of emails.
DanForce must be so proud to have you on their team and I as a new customer will now be a customer for life. My wife, after seeing your great customer service and CAN-DO attitude, is ordering a headlamp for her brother for Christmas and I am sure we will be ordering many over the next few years.

I just had my second visit to Elite Dental and WOW. Dr. Hottinger, has put together a most competent, professional, qualified, and happy staff anyone can imagine. The Doctor is extremely thorough and precise, but will take all the time to explain everything until you are completely satisfied. { Not sure on spelling} but Jenae and Jannet, the two hygienists I had the pleasure of their cleaning services, are the MOST Fantastic, cordial, fun and happy people I have met in a long time. They are also so qualified and professional its scary! Must recommend this dental office as highly as anyone can.

If you enjoy telemarketers, you will love Roseville Toyota, especially their internet sales department. I would spend all day talking with rude pushy telemarketers rather than spend a minute with their internet sales dept.

This company is a typical bait and switch, lure you in and then overcharge the consumer. When contacted they play innocent but will not honor their offered discount. The product is cheep quality, is not a good fit as advertised and in my opinion will scratch the finish right off our vehicle. I cannot say enough to discourage any one to stay away from this company.
