Flew into Sanford International Airport, walked to National building, got in car and proceeded to the cross gate to get checked out. Super easy and simple.
I should not have a flat tire on the first day of rental. The air in the tire was low when we were given the vehicle. We thought this was due to cold weather. It was a slow leak. Someone should realize that before renting the vehicle.

Accidentally left my personal key fab instead of the rental (both black toyota fabs). They never called me to make me aware. I was at the airport 90 minutes. That would have been plenty of time to reach out. Luckily I discovered the issue while I was still there. With TSAs help, I got my key fab however it had a sticker on it that said it was found in the cup holder which was a lie. I handed it to the agent - they just never checked that the key fab worked with the car. And shame on them for not calling me - if I didn't notice the issue, I would have gotten home after 12 am and I would have been stranded. Shows a lack of care/concern for customer well being and safety which should be a priority.

Low tire pressures on all four tires. Staff does know where to maintain good tire pressures. Correct tire pressure is necessary for safety and fuel economy
