The car I picked previously didnt fit what we needed so the man at the counter at MGM Airport solve and gave us a car that was exactly what we where looking for.
Upon arriving at Louisville International Airport (SDF) and retrieving my rental car, I was exceptionally well-served by Curtis Jones. However, a few days later, I encountered an issue with my car and was unable to drive it. I contacted the Manager, Henry, who promptly assisted me and demonstrated exceptional kindness. As I was in need of a replacement vehicle, Henry provided me with a better option.
During my subsequent visits to Louisville, Kentucky, when renting a car from National, I have consistently received excellent customer service. However, this experience was particularly outstanding. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Curtis Jones and Henry for their exceptional assistance.

CAE Columbia Metropolitan Airport National Car Rental has by far the best Customer Service that I have ever experienced over the many years as a National customer. They greet you with warm hospitality and the yeam makes sure tgat all of your needs and concerns are met with a solution and a smile. I have been with National for many years and the garage team goes above and beyond reproach for their customers. My daughter is a Collegiate Golfer and we always rent the large SUV's that accommodates her golf equipment and luggage. Your staff should receive a raise for their work and dedication to ensure that customers are happy and satisfied and that their experience is a great one everytime.

Overall customer service at the Norfolk airport branch was horrible. Over 4 years with just national and a corporate account. They did nothing they said they'd do prior to my trip, and then wouldn't honor it because the trip had began. No sympathy, empathy, or accountability at all.

Good car. Pick up location at LAX was horrendous. Very inconvenient for people with families or heavy luggage. LAX is substandard just like the rest of L. A.

At the time of my reservation, there was a limited selection of larger luxury cars. The one luxury car available required a $1,200 deposit. My business partner has rented similar cars from other airports without any deposit. You'd think elite members could waive such a high deposit, especially with an AmEx on file for damages and insurance. That said, my overall experience was still above standard.
