As always I had a great experience picking up my weekly rental from the national location at Charlotte Douglas international airport. The staff is always wonderful, informative, and really go above and beyond to help you.
The company responsible for cleaning your rentals and returning them to service is horrible. Your associates are all extremely unhappy with their quality of work and I as a customer feel I can never get a truly clean car. It's been so bad that I found a half-filled can of beer in the center console the week of December 1st! This is not the only thing I have found and not the only problem.
National and its direct employees at the Charlotte Douglas international airport are some of the best people I've had the pleasure to work with. Please don't take the clean vehicle issue out on any associate at that location other than those responsible for the cleaning of the vehicles. You have quite a few very talented individuals with a bright future ahead!
National has gone out of its way to get me special vehicles as I need them for working in remote areas. Always friendly and always upbeat! They are the best rental company out there!

Emerald Isle access was easy to pick up the car. Drop off was easy as well. Car was very nice and I was able to maximize my time in DC. I always am happy with emerald and this was no exception.
