This company is $#*!ing $#*!. I placed an order and they gave me a code for free express shipping. When it got me, UPS said they couldn't deliver until I paid "import fees". I messaged them and asked them if that's normal. And they said, it's rare but it happens sometimes. If you pay it and show us your receipt, we can refund it for you. So I did, and then they said, oh sorry there's a misunderstanding, we can't actually refund your import fees. If you're unhappy just send your stuff back.
They straight up OUTRIGHT lied to me, have been incredibly UNHELPFUL in taking any accountability for it. I don't even have the clothes.

The most horrific shopping experience I've ever had. Placed an order only to get half of it canceled because the items "were no longer in stock" when I checked the website again, they we in fact IN stock so I had to place a different order with the stuff they had taken out. I received half of my order like 20 days after placing it... The bag looked open so I contacted their incredibly incompetente customer service to let them know it was incomplete and that it looked open. They said to wait because it was shipped in different batches. 6 days later I receive another package and the order is still incomplete (8 items still missing, about $200 US worth) I contact them again and they said I should wait a bit more and it should all arrive. I give them another 15 days and nothing (it was holiday season and covid, so I assume curriers are having a hard time). When I contact them again about not getting my order they say there's nothing they can do because it's now outside the 28 days when they can resolve any issues and that I should have contacted them sooner... BUT I DID! And it was them who said to wait... why didn't they warn if more that 28 days passed they wouldn't be able to help?! Long story short, they never offered a refund or to replace the items. They basically stole my money. This company should be sued and not allowed to operate. I feel it's so unfair I was ROBBED of my money just like that and there's nothing they can do! If anyone knows any further action I can take, please advice. This is NOT fair and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this HORRID shopping experience.

Haven't even received my order yet, but according to my shipping email, I was sent the wrong size. I ordered boots in a size 7 (I have my confirmation email as proof that I didn't mess up) and according to my shipping email, they sent me the same boots in a size 5. I have sent a message to customer service and am being patient with the response but I am annoyed. I ordered one thing and they somehow messed that up. I know that the return/ refund will be an easy process but I am annoyed that I won't be getting the boots in my size. I am crossing my fingers that i was just a typo on their end and I am actually receiving the right size, but I am not optimistic.
My item shipped on 12/27 and its 1/14, my item is still 1000 miles away in Illinois. I PAID for shipping, it wasn't even free. It is honestly INSANE how long it takes, and in my opinion unacceptable. I swear their shipping partners take longer than normal. I am never ordering from this brand again. NOT worth it.
I placed an order on Sept 22nd 2021. It is January and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE I PAID FOR. I have contacted multiple people via their website and every single one of them IS RUDE. They all say that there is nothing they can do about it. They won't even supply me with a tracking number. I have begged them for proof of them mailing out the merchandise I paid for with my hard earned money and they say nope.
Ok so I normally don't write reviews for things but I have had the absolute worst experience here. Half my order was missing and bad customer service. When I finally got ahold of customer service they resent me the first items so now I have two of those and still missing the other half of my order.
We know that these brands sell items like this for cheap and we are expecting the best quality. I have to say, I think that nasty gal is probably one of the better ones though that I've seen however here's my experiences from two purchases:
The main reason why I am giving them a 4 and not a 3 star was because of my second purchase with them. I bought a top and boots and a bag and everything was affordably priced. The bag actually came with an extra little pocket and the material wasn't bad at all (I got it for $12!)
I do want to mention my first time buying from them though I bought three different pieces: a swimsuit a dress and some pants and I ended up returning all of them because none of them fit. But, their return policy was pretty good and I also would say that their shipping is not bad either because I got my items pretty fast.
Bottom line is, they're probably one of the better fast fashion online shopping that I know, but it's a hit or miss on their items (READ REVIEWS!) and NEVER Pay for full price. They have discounts/codes often!
I purchased the Knit's A Date 3-Pc Fluffy Lounge Set in Large. When I tried it on it was not only too big but meant for someone who is 6 foot 7. It was ridiculous. There was also a weird musty odor. I will NEVER purchase from here again. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would.
Had a full cart, went through several headaches receiving various errors when trying to process payment. Tried to simplify by going directly with the card, no dice. Page was unresponsive completely. After refreshing and reentering information I noticed the previous page mistakenly selected my billing address same as shipping while simultaneously allowing input for a new shipping address. No idea why these completed fields kept being flagged by Klarna; I have to assume it has to do with Nasty Gal's checkout forms more so than any standards applied by the payment plan, as they would occasionally display incorrectly or require refresh. The last time I entered my payment info, the page was again unresponsive for awhile before eventually refreshing to the homepage and indicating my cart was empty. $#*! off it.
They have sent me the wrong size shoe three different times! How! Once they sent me two completely different sizes. Shipping always takes so long as well.
I ordered from this company during a 2021 Black Friday event and 2 weeks after I finally got my package of 8 items I purchased through their website. The bag was delivered ripped open, they had shoved 8 items including a coat, sweaters and sweatshirts into a small flimsy bag. My items were all over my porch when I got home. Also I only received 3 items out of the 8 things I ordered and this was the only package shipped to me, meaning 5 of my items are floating around unmarked somewhere because the packaging was not secure. Soon after I discovered my package I reached out to their customer service which is only available via Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. I reached out to NastyGal on BOTH platforms and I haven't heard a word back. Also I thought I should mentioned that the 3 items I did get out of the ripped up bag are TERRIBLE quality. I spend over $200 on 8 items and I can tell you even with the discount on Black Friday I well overspent on the clothing. I'm extremely upset with this company and feel like I was completely robbed blind and during a holiday season right after Covid? Not cool. Definitely do not shop here unless you have $$ to THROW AWAY.

I ordered something and put my delivery address as a PO Box. Since Nasty Gal delivers with FedEx they had to send it back because apparently FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Box. First it took FedEx a whole month to send the package back. Then, when I emailed Nasty Gal they said it's impossible to cancel the order or change my delivery address. Also sometimes (I had to contact them several times because of this issue) they wouldn't respond to my emails or What's Up messages. And when FedEx finally delivered the package back to the Nasty Gal warehouse and I didn't get my refund, customer service person told me that the package was delivered to me. Right now I'm in the process of explaining that the package was delivered back to the warehouse and not to me. It's been almost 2 months since I placed ordered my order. Still no refund or package.
I bought a month ago some really pretty boots... they came 2 size bigger than my regular size... according to their size guide chart I am Size 8 (American) but they are so big I can't wear them, those things are enormous for me... so I tried to contact them but it seems to me you are only talking to a robot or something they kept telling me it was the right size and that they will return my money but I had to pay for the shipping my self... I paid for the shipping once why would I pay another 10dlls for a 30 dlls boots when they were obviously not the right size... they just said it was the right size and they can't do nothing about it... so now I'm stuck with the damn boots I can even sell them because they are too big. Just a waste of money and time. Don't buy anything from them they dont even bother to give you a phone number where you can talk with real people. So I gave them 0 star.
