I received a pair of boots that split in half on the first day of wearing them. Nasty gal would not refund me and needed me to send the boots back despite providing photographic evidence. Two months later I still am yet to receive a refund. Customer service is shocking.
They sent me a totally wrong item. I ordered some creepers and I got some random boots. They didn't want to give me a discount or anything. I asked for them to just send me the right item and they refunded it. Now I have to totally repurchase. Awful site and customer service.

Zero help from the agent. The app had issues which deleted all of my items and I had to re add everything which caused me to add the wrong color. I asked if I could place an order for the right item but get free shipping since they couldn't go in and change the order since it was placed. She wouldn't even honor that. A little goes a long way to keep a customer.
I had ordered 2 dresses for a work event to the hotel I was staying in, my parcel had not been delivered and went missing although tracking showed delivered. I then missed my work event having nothing to wear and felt extremely upset at this point.
Nasty girl didn't want anything to do with this and said just report it to the police, they couldn't help as it was in Scotland. I had to contact the courier myself, in which they opened a dispute. This took almost 10 days to resolve and get the parcel to the original hotel destination. The hotel have been trying to get the parcel to me to return, with communication been extremely slow, when I have asked the nasty girl team about then getting this unopened, unused parcel retuned they tell me it's out of the policy date (utter blank and no support) and I'm now out of pocket for 2 unwanted dresses. How can someone through a messaging service be so blunt and rude to the customers, theres no service just a policy pusher. Messages sent at 00.48am in the night!
I will be deleting there app and not using the services again after such a horrible experience.
I bought the chain mail dress - it comes in silver and gold - for my birthday party in 2021, which never happened because of COVID-19. I kept the dress until I had my birthday party last night. The dress literally started ripping and disintegrating on the dance floor! It was coming apart at the seams and I was shocked. I am 5'5 inches tall and I weigh 138 pounds and I bought a medium. After not having ordered from Nasty Gal in many years… I decided to give them a shot. I clearly should have done my research first. True to the majority of the reviews here…. They are the worst! The clothes are of horrible quality and their customer service is terrible. They are a UK company so the dresses are UK sized, but when my order was confirmed the sizes were all wrong. Super disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again and will be returning everything I purchased.

It's always a gamble with online purchases, so I always check to make sure there's a return policy. NG has one, great, I order a cute blazer for work. It arrives and it literally looks like I'm wearing my mum's 6 sizes too big blazer when I'm 12. I don't know how they styled it on the model, maybe the clipped the back to give it some shape? It looked laughably ridiculous and the fabric was really cheap. Anyway, I process the refund request, thinking it will be like any other site, where you get a refund number then post it back. This, I can do through my business where I qualify for cheap high volume postage. Nope - I have to pay $15 and find the time to DROP THE PACKAGE to a post office. Literally, my most hated thing - I just dooooo not have time to go to a post office. That's why I shop online. The whole experience has been super frustrating and reminded me why I dont shop at these cheap, crap online sites anymore.
I would say as long as you don't have to deal with the customer service team you should be fine but most likely you will end up having to deal with them as your order probably just wont show up. I ordered a pair of shoes in October 2021 and am STILL to this day having to chase it up as the money was taken from my account but i never received the item. Every time i wait their recommended (up to) 10 business days i receive no communication back so have to reach out to them and every time i've had to re tell them my issue and then am told please wait another 10 business days. It's the absolute worst customer service experience i've ever had in my life. Especially when i was saving for these particular shoes and had hoped to wear them to a wedding 2 weeks ago. Now i'm out of pocket and never even received the item and having to consistently message ( conveniently they have no phone number hahah) just in hopes that someone may be able to finally tell me where my money has gone and if i'm getting it back. All of my contacts have also now boycotted nasty gal, honestly just go to Shein you'll probably get better service there.

Terrible terrible service! I order a skirt, which I love, but it was a little bit to big; so, I tried to return it and order another one that fit better. THE SITE DID NOT WORK, I wrote the exact order number and email, and the site said that it did not exist. I, then, wrote to them, and the costumer service proceeded to give me the same useless advice (try again, clear the cookies and cache, try another internet, etc). Non of that worked, of course, so, eventually, they stopped replying altogether. Terrible terrible! I'm never buying from this site again and hopefully, no one will have to deal with this as so many others have (see the other reviews). Shame, honestly
I wish I could give them zero. It coming on a month and I have not received my order. I paid for express shipping. They keep sending the same form letter to me. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience other for me to wait. I'm still waiting…. I'm call my credit card company today and pulling the plug on the order that never arrived. For starters I have bought clothes from them twice. Both times the clothes were so awful I either threw them in the trash or donated the okay ones. Why? Because I could NOT return them. Their return policy absolutely garbage. The items were strangely too small for being an L size they looked like a child or 16 year old skinny girl could wear it. On top of that the material they used was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable.

Low and behold the item took a month to even deliver. However it was never delivered. The tracking claimed it was delivered however it was nowhere to be found. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would show up eventually. I contacted their support. They replied saying the item was delivered per tracking. I said yeah I know I literally told you that and it's NOT delivered. They then sent me this email as a response. My jaw dropped. I know their hoping I say "it's not worth the trouble" and take the L on this but now I'm out $65 on a missing F'ing dildo and nasty gal is over here black mailing me legal action if I'm lying?!?! Do not I repeat DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE SCUMMS.
I really wish they would accept accountability for sending incorrect items and then not assisting customers in canceling or modifying those incorrect orders. The chaos of talking with their customer service mixed with the complete lack of integrity or quality of product all leads to me spending too much money and time on this crappy company. Do not recommend or respect.

Okay so literally was freaking out tryna find an outfit cuz I'm going to the city in a couple weeks and I needed a pair of flared faux-leather pants and pulled the trigger on a pair from NastyGal without reading reviews or anything. A couple days later I was like "lemme check what others say." Worst thing ever. I got so scared that my pants were gonna be like awful quality and not fit at all and then if I wanted to return them it was going to be a headache. Just got them today. They're literally fine, a little loose around the waist but they fit great. What's goin on with the rest of y'all? Sucks that others had bad experiences but mine was pretty good, THANKFULLY. But holy crap was I nervous lol.

I went to order a suit for a formal event and came across Nasty Gals high waisted tailored wide leg trousers. I immediately loved the look of them and went to find the matching jacket. I had a lot of difficulty finding it in both their app and website, but soon found it. The oversized single breasted blazer. I ordered the green, thinking it was the nice sage green like their website. It came 10ish business days later, and the quality was iffy at best. Not only was the jacket bulky, but the pants were way too long (although I am 5'1), but the color was absolutely horrid. It was the ugliest, brightest kelley green I have ever seen. Overall, I'm disappointed because I waited so long for such a poor outcome.
