After waiting almost 2 months for my order to arrive, the sizing was completely off... The waist was over 2 inches smaller than stated. So far, I am still waiting for a refund even tho I can track that they received my package almost 2 weeks ago! I would NOT recommend anyone order from nap loungewear. There are too many other options that are better quality and so much easier to work with. I'm feeling a bit scammed!

I placed an order before Thanksgiving for one item froM Nap Loungewear; order was acknowledged and card charged. When I tried to track I found it shipped from China and there was no way to cook tact the shipper for updates. Nap could provide no help except a useless tracking number (which I already had). Fortunately I used Amex and disputed the charge. It has been almost a month since I ordered and still no delivery date nor merchandise. DO NOT order from this scam company!

That it was shipping product on a slow boat from China

Never! Ever! Will I purchase from this company again. I placed an order and received order confirmation the same day. 35 days later after asking for delivery status I was told the item was out of stock and that my order was being cancelled. It's now been 10 days that I'm waiting for a refund. Incompetent or fraud?

The company is a fraud. Product order cancelled 35 days after ordering and still no refund.

My friend got her package 4 months after ordering. But that's not yhe worst part. Her package had a bunch of USED fake nails. (Hope they're fake. Because it seems like they had blood on the back of them, seems like someone was trying to rip them off or who knows what. This is crazy and absolutely disgusting. I believe she's filing a report since it's a huge bio hazard… avoid this horrible China company.

Just don't do it! I received a gift card for this company and it's been impossible. My first order came MONTHS later. I had to send half back due to fit. The clothes look huge but the armholes were digging in. Then I waiting months again for my replacement items, nope, clothes felt like they were made of 1980's curtain material. The final kicker. I ordered once more (still trying to use my gift card up 8 months later). AFTER two months they tell me the item is out of stock. Keep in mind items are charged when you place your order. And returns are ridiculous too you have to ship/pay yourself via a traceable method and then send them a tracking confirmation to be refunded.

This is a scam webiste and I urge you not to buy form it. Everything is sent from China. It took almost 2 months to receive my order and there are missing items and wrong in size. The customer service either don't reply or they give you a robotic response saying the parcel is on the way blah blah blah. The material is cheap and not what they claim to be in their product descriptions. I spent almost 400 dollars buying clothes with street market quality.The reviews are paid ads and if you check its reviews buy googling online, you will be surprised how many victims have the same experience as me. I am not sure if they will refund my money for the wrong size and missing items... but i will certainly make sure never to buy from new websites without verifying it first.

Not easy to work with. Ordered two sets and sizing was completely different even tho I ordered the same size for both. So far, even tho I have been able to document EVERYTHING they have yet to issue a refund. I would most definitely recommend NOT ordering from nap loungewear.

I would have not ordered from the site had I known it was coming from China since I need to item for travel. I thought I was ordering from an American site. The tracking number they gave me at first did not work. Had to contact them for the correct tracking number. Never ordering from here again. It's a scam

If you want your item for a specific event or for something important do not waste your time ordering from them. Shipping is 2 weeks or more since it’s coming from China

Terrible, have tried all sorts of ways to contact. No contact. Sweater arrived after quite a wait, no order paper inside no return info. Sweater has two large stains looks like mold.

I placed an order on February 5th. Emailed twice to see what the status is. No one emails back, no working phone number, no icon to click on to live chat. After reading other's reviews, I am going to call my credit card company and have them cancel my order. Too bad, the clothes are cute. And too mad for them, I placed an over $500.00 order.

My credit card was charged but the order was never shipped to me after one month! Customer service cannot give specific shipment date and always says it's going to be shipped out as soon as possible. I got no response when requesting a refund due to the delay.
Return is extremely inconvenient. They require 15-day return! They don't even give customers 30 days! Customer bears the shipping cost for the return and they charge an extra fee of $15 from the refund. They never refunded after receiving the returned item without me contacting them.
After returning the coat that was too large for me, I ordered a size down. My credit card was charged when the order was placed and they haven't shipped it out after over one month! They said it was out of stock but when I requested a refund, they said it was in stock and will be shipped out ASAP. But it wasn't shipped till now. I emailed the customer service to request a refund and got no response.

I bought Oversized Trench Coat, dk brown in L.
I had to wait a month before it was delivered. In the description it said it is cotton and lined. The lining is Synthetic fabric, I assume Polyester.
Please be prepared that the product you buy is coming directly from China and has a long lead time. Not all information is described at the website.
The coat I ordered is well made. Returns to China will not be easy and also lengthy, I assume.

Tip for consumers:
color and fabric of outer material is nice and good quality. I did not like the lining to be Polyester for a trench

I posted my merchandise 3 days after receiving it on December 12. I paid the return postage of $61.
I have yet to receive a confirmation email of receipt and no return to my amex card has been made over a month later.
I have sent the proof of purchase again and the receipt of postage.
It is such a hassle dealing with this company I will never purchase anything from them again.
I do not recommend them.
I was not able to upload my proof of purchase to sitejapper after trying 4 times. Just another frustration with this whole business

WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAPWEAR

Ordered an item before Thanksgiving and after a month still nothing. The company appears to be in the US but it isn't - products ship from China. The useless response "be patient" but after a month of absolutely no movement on shipping tracker I fail to see how long a reasonable person is expected to be "patient".

Think carefully before you do business *******@NapLoungewear. My shirt arrived covered in stains, after spending weeks crossing and recrossing the United States.

When I asked to return the stained shirt, I was told that they could not provide a return shipping label and that I would have to pay and be reimbursed to get it back to them. However, it was only AFTER I followed their instructions and submitted my return shipping receipt that that they disclosed that the only method they offer for full financial reimbursement is PayPal—even though they have my credit card information. I don't use PayPal and explained that to them- no other options for a fiancial refund.

Their product looks really nice online, and I was excited to receive my shirt (even after all of the hassle) but at the end of the day, all I got was a stained shirt and extra bogus charges.

Steer Clear.

Beware! Horrible company to work with! I placed an order 6 weeks ago on December 4 for 5 items for Christmas gifts. On December 22, I had not received any of the items or responses to my emails inquiring about the order, so I cancelled the order via email. The company finally responded that they had shipped 3 of 5 items. I replied and told them to cancel the other 2. I received the first 3 after Christmas so I emailed about returning the items. It took multiple emails to get a response but finally paid cos return shipping costs to return the items. I emailed them the tracking information and they harassed me multiple items asking for that information again. Upon receipt of the items, they issued me a partial credit for those 3 items but not a full credit. Additionally they claim they have now shipped the other 2 items and that I will have to pay to return them when I receive them, even though the order was cancelled. I have instructed them to send me a prepaid label and I will be glad to send them back when I do receive them, but they refuse to. They are rude and behave as a desperate retailer trying to bully their way through a transaction. Thankfully my company has an attorney who is getting involved - but my advice is don't waste your time with them. The merchandise I did receive was cheap quality as well. Horrible experience.

Do not buy from them. Their product is poor quality and their customer service is the worst ever.

Bought a few items, only received one, and then they didn't give me a refund until I emailed them about 5 times. Then I only got a partial refund and they didn't give me the discount on the one item I did receive. I will need to contact my credit card company to stop payment at this point. So frustrating!

Shoppers Beware: I purchased a coat last week and my VISA was charged; no receipt, so I followed up a couple days later, and they say they have NO RECORD of my purchase. They refuse to credit me or send me the coat. The charge is clear as day on my VISA! Theives!

NAP is a scam; so is LIT.

Its been 2 months since I placed and paid for an order. It still hasn't arrived. No response to 2 emails sent to the company. Tracker indicates that the order is being "processed". If they can't manage North American online sales, they should exit the market.

1-7-24 I ordered 3 items. I received 2. Now two mos. Later they do not respond to my emails about a refund or when the 3rd item is coming. They took the money & didn't fulfill the 3rd order.

I ordered from this site without reading reviews on it bc it presents itself very nicely and then I read reviews & got scared it would never show up like others. It did and I got exactly what I ordered, got lots of compliments on it and it shipped within a timely manner and got to me quickly. The only real issue was I couldn't read the shipping and was hard to translate so I just waited on it

Ok - so just don't buy from this company. I did not realize they were not legit as the web-site looks like a legitimate business. After I didn't get a shipping notice for 2 weeks I emailed the company on status and got some very weird emails from customer service. First they said the factory had run out of cloth for the jacket and they could not tell me how long it would be. Then I emailed back and asked if I could get a different colour or style. They then emailed back to say that the fabric shortage problem was resolved and they were shipping my jacket and they wished me "a very nice life". Beyond strange. Anyway, I have record that the jacket has been shipped from China but I am not super hopeful it will arrive or be decent quality. Happily I only bought one thing before I realized this company is not reliable.

I ordered a $391 "online claimed" 100% cashmere cardigan with many "suspected" good reviews on it. When I received the cardigan, it looks like a piece of crap with cheap material and ugly design which doesn't look like the product pictures advertised at all. The item was actually shipped from China and there's a customer service office in El Monte, CA. When I requested for a full refund, the customer service rep in El Monte by the name of Cherry as communicative with me to make sure I printed out a copy of invoice to be inserted with the returned item and provide her with tracking number or else with warning, no refund will be given. I did exactly told, however; this was the dirty trick played by them. They pretended to refund you which the refund credit showing pending in my credit card for less 24hours and then after that, it disappeared forever! I had to file a dispute in the end with my credit card company to get back my full refund. Such a despicable company.

They wait beyond the 60 days where you can;t get a tracking number from the post office so you have no proof you returned something!

Crooks!!! They say they didn't receive returns. Or, they say it takes a "few weeks" for refunds to appear. They never do. If you don't show them the tracking number for the return. They wait just enough time where you can't trace the tracking number with the post office. They only keep records of up to 60 days for tracking numbers. I'm out over $400 with the returns. Clothing is nice, but if you have returns forget it. This $400 happened in two transactions...really two?!! Criminal activity.
