Do not waste your money. I have been waiting for a month for the personalized wallet I ordered. Got the run around and just got it today. The picture that is on the wallet was altered so badly it no longer looks like the people in the actual picture. Its a waste of money and time. Customer service is a joke! No wonder you dont have a customer service number and take up to 3 days to respond via email. You have ao many people calling into complain! Very unsatisfied and do not recommend. Find a credible company who values their customers satisfaction.

I bought the custom made film roll keychain for my sister's birthday and it came out super nice! The photos were really clear and it was working well as well. I was worried that I would not be able to roll it back but it was great. They also allowed me to track the shipping of my gift and it arrived after a week!

I haven't received my order. I just placed the order, but did not recognize that i filled in a wrong city in my order. They contacted my proactively, and helped me change to a correct address, a prompt service. I'm so happy to wait for the order to arrive.
