Thank you for the excellent hosting, I have been using it for several years and I am always satisfied. The prices are affordable, the interface is clear and convenient. Very economical rates. A very reliable partner.

Namecheap is an absolute scam! I bought a short and nice premium domain from it and paid extra money. I waited for 14 days and inquired repeatedly about the transfer delay. They reassured me that everything was normal and in progress. Yesterday they said the domain wasn't available because the third-party suddenly didn't own it anymore! What a joke! I can't tell if the seller had second thoughts or if this garbage website flat-out lied to me. I filed a complaint since I bought the domain from Namecheap, and they didn't give a damn. No apology, no compensation, nothing! This company is absolute trash, and I'll never use it again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. A ton of their so-called "available" domains are just fake. Save your time and your sanity!

Namecheap glitched today and stole $20 from my card, technical support sees nothing wrong with the system buying their services without my knowledge. Be careful not to leave your card details with this organization

In January, I granted access to an account manager to run my website. I notified Namecheap that the account manager had inadvertently purchased a new domain. When I asked them to correct the problem, they spent over a month telling me it was impossible. After nearly 2 months of emails and texts because they refuse to talk to anyone. They cut and paste a copy of their terms and conditions, basically saying.
F-you, it is your problem.
All I was asking was to ensure that 3rd party managers could not make purchases. A simple solution could be adding a password feature at checkout.
But instead, Namecheap's model is to blame the customer, and if they don't go away, just throw the terms and conditions at them. And their no phone call, under any conditions policy, takes what can be done in a single call and drags it out over weeks to months.

I've used multiple different registrar services before and by far Namecheap has been the worst. Their user interface is clunky and poorly organized, their features aren't as robust as other services, and their customer service is amongst the worst I've ever encountered. I promise for your own sanity you should spend a few extra dollars per month and use a more reputable service. The money I saved was absolutely NOT worth the hassle and experience.

I am deeply frustrated with how Namecheap has handled my situation. Initially, they challenged my account based on my Iranian identity. When I proved my residency in Turkey and legal business registration in the UK, they shifted their focus to the Persian language of my site. Despite my efforts to comply, they have not reviewed my content and insist on removal simply because it's in Persian. This is not just unprofessional, it's discriminatory. After weeks of waiting, I only received dismissive responses. This is no way to treat customers.
