Easy as. Very clear instructions.namecheap came highly recommended by several long term business people / Internet marketers. As I am a 'newbie' to all this Internet stuff, I wanted a company that made every thing clear and easy as I had never done this before. Namecheap were easy to use and the process from finding a domain name (4 actually) to having them all registered and owned by myself was simple. Great place for 'newbies' and experienced people as well. Thank you name cheap. You are my first official step into the world of ecommerce :)

I was unable to log in at all using Internet Explorer 10. There was no error message, it just sent me back to the login screen over and over. With Firefox 24 under Linux, I was able to log in but not able to complete a credit card transaction. Here there was a "try again later" error. With Firefox 24 under Windows, I was able to log in AND complete a credit card transaction.
What's strange is that my notes from last year's renewal say not to use Firefox with your web site because at that time domain name renewal only worked for me when I used Internet Explorer.
I appreciate namecheap service, it's my favorite, i'm on namecheap +1 year, i own about 19 service, all the best for namecheap.
