Credit card form is clunky. It should be able to auto-detect what type of credit card it is based on the credit card number.
Reminder messages to renew SSL certificate are sent on 30, 15, 7, 3, 1st day before expiration independently of it was renewed already or not. I suggest to stop sending reminders after the certificate was renewed.
Also there was message on the site "In a short while, an email will be sent to (my address) which will contain instructions on how to approve the certificate. The message arrived in 43 minutes which is no way "shortly". I suggest to change message from "shortly" to "within an hour".
Also after purchase there was no link to purchased certificate or certificate list from the main account page so I was forced to find where it is in numerous menus.
Namecheap made it super easy to make a new website in a few minutes.
