I have talked to one of customer representative today and she was lying to me regarding on going promos and i tried to convince her 100 times but she was not listening to me I don't know it was consciously or unconsciously But at the end she agreed that she was wrong.

Ordering was easy. Had trouble setting up email forwarding originally. Live chat done their best to assist but was unable to help so they talked me through submitting a ticket and the matter was resolved early the next day. DNS host record manager seems somewhat limited. Had to switch to my hosts DNS to do some moderately advanced tasks. Overall, very pleased with the service. Would recommend for buying domains.

The billing was a bit more complicated than normal; however, I'm confident the problem was entirely due to AMEX negligence. When changed to PayPay, everything was processed perfectly. As always, NameCheap.com was cast, cost-effective and efficient. I really like this company.

I must say Name Cheap is running out great deals on Domains and Hosting. I won $** on their Birthday and on Black Friday I transfered 5 domains for free with 2 SSL and 5 whois Guards.
My transfer is in process but I know it takes some time. NC is fast and highly secure with 2 way verification system.
Customer Support is slow to reply but solves your issue. Happy with Name Cheap and with them for 3+ years. They never let me down.
