Overall my expectations for the services received have been met or exceeded in most cases. Although my VPS Services received are great, I feel there is not adequate documentation to configure and setup VPS and Domain services to work together. I have both a domain and vps server with namecheap.
I can pay $** a month extra to have my server managed but will not get full access like i would with an un-managed server. I think, even though it's an un-managed system there should still be better documentation to set it up.
Once again tho, i give namecheap an excellent review. I just think more adequate documentation should be provided.
