I got one of your coupons and I have to say this is nicer than DreamHost, which I have been using to buy domains until now. Seeing as I don't need to buy hosting (which is DreamHost's primary function), I will likely be buying from NameCheap in the future.

It was online shopping for virtual goods (DNS records for two names, and their privacy product hiding my real name from becoming published). The site is well designed, and fairly easy to use. Most financial aspects are fairly clear, and you are made aware of the total amount you'll pay when you click "OK".
The only trouble was, when automatic renewal is allowed, I wasn't sure whether my designated credit card would be used before the account was drained (not sensible to do it that way, but I wanted to see the assurance somewhere on the site, and couldn't find it anywhere - probably it falls under "common sense" category, but there are lots of companies out there without and ounce of it :). A simple statement that is easy to see near the account totals that states that the account will be drained before designated credit card is used would have saved me the minor hassle of disabling my credit card for automatic purchases, and leaving enough funds in the account for renewal.
Overall, I am happy with the services I have received. I thank NameCheap for making this a pleasant enough experience for me.
