Shopping experience is okay. Website is user friendly, however on check-out there were some mistakes which I couldn't correct and which were correctly stated on the billing page. For instance, my phone number starts with +31, on the last page it said +1, going back to the billing page, it still said +31, and back to the last page it said +1 again...
The mailsystem is still one big question to me, but that could be due to my lack of IT knowledge. Other than that, I am really satified and happy with Namecheap.com.
