Very easy and comfortable to use interface when buying the domain, but it wasn't as nice of a user experience once domain was bought and I logged into my account. Had a few issues getting the domain to work and to find things had to keep reading faqs and using online chat instead of just being easy and intuitive to find.
I'm happy with the experience. There were a few quirky functions, but I figured them out right away, so I suppose somebody thought it through and decided to do things differently.
