I used namecheap for a simple website name. The process was simple and efficient. The checkout and payment process was a little confusing. It seemed that I had to re-enter a lot of data when my credit card billing address was different from my organization's official address. I guess I managed to do it right, but the instructions were a little unclear. Otherwise, everything was fine.
