I love that all the extra options are unchecked by default. If I knew anyone that was looking for a domain name, I'd recommend namecheap because it's not a hassle to buy through you, nor is it likely to result in purchasing something you don't want (hence 4 stars there instead of the full 5)

I dont understand why i have to pay for customer support with them. Oh well, this site is super user friendly and im in love with it! Keep up the good work.
