I'm looking forward to purchasing a home through the NACA Program. My mom told me about this program and I'm willing to give it a try. So let the excitement begin.

The videos are so helpful. They make it so clear and easy to understand. Also, my counselor was fantastic, sweet, and extremely helpful. I would recommend NACA to whoever wants to be a house owner :)

I'm really happy with the Naca program, I'm in a process of qualification right now. I been working with the best counselors Antonio Coronado and Cristin Owens, there always there to help me with everything I need, especially if I have questions about my file, uploading documents, always answering my calls or email me if they need anything from me. I really recommend Antonio Coronado and Cristin Owens that's why I am giving them the five stars.

Though I am still in the early stages of the process and have completed a few of my counseling sessions, I am pleased to have made it this far. I became a NACA member in 2018, participated in several workshops and eager to pursue this opportunity because of what it stands for, it's long history, and continued fight for the equal fair housing rights and privileges of homeowners and renters nationwide. What keeps me moving forward now is maintaining a conscience mindset of "falling in love with the process" of becoming a homeowner that is not just a dream but a reality. With this new mental awareness of thinking, I am able to keep abreast of tasks that require up-to-date documentation; close monitoring of my savings, budgeting, and spending goals; plus insuring regular ongoing communication with my counselor, making the process and instructions less tedious and easy to follow. I encourage anyone in the NACA program to continue their quest in experiencing the reality of homeownership by falling madly in love with the process. Wishing you much success to stay focused and move forward!

I began my journey with NACA back in September 2022 and have advanced to the next stage of the pre-qualifying process. It has been very challenging to say the least, but with the help of my counselor, I am determined to reach my goal of being a homeowner again. When I heard about this program, my immediate thought was to inform my family and friends to check this program out as a possible way to achieve homeownership. I let them know that the NACA program offers a lot of benefits such as no closing costs, no down payment, no fees and even their credit score if not up to par would not be an issue, something they might not get if you were to go the traditional route of obtaining a mortgage through a bank or some other financial institution. Thankfully a few have responded and actually signed up for the workshop and are now on their own journey to becoming homeowners. So, I encourage anyone that truly wants to purchase their own home to definitely take a look at the NACA program and all they have to offer.

My Husband and I started the Naca process back in December 2019. We heard from the program from a mutual friend and highly recommended the program for first time Homebuyers. The program has great perks, our counselor has been nothing but AMAZING he has been very detailed, His very knowledgeable, has guided us with patience and always responds to emails and very responsible with appointment and paper work. We have had a couple of bumps along the way due to COV19 and reasons but i would highly recommend NACA. One thing i do have to say you have to be extremely organize, on top of all the paper work, be very persistent and very very very patient.

I have praised this program to everyone that crosses my path and mentions their desire to buy a home. ESPECICALLY a first time homebuyer (FTHB), which is exactly what I am. My NACA Counselor Kimberly R., has not only been patient but she has been encouraging every step of the way. Literally my biggest cheerleader! Anytime I feel like the "unknown; upcoming step" may cause me stress or worry, she has been there to answer my questions and calm my nerves.

This program has taken my dream of becoming a FTHB and turning it into a reality and for that I am grateful and blessed.

If you are in the market for a home in these crazy times. Then NACA is the way to go. They offer you no closing cost, no down payment, and a below-market interest rate! Its the best way to go.

To whom this may concern, I just want to say that Nicole Donald has been a fine resourceful and very helpful personnel in the NACA movement. I was very appreciated and very amazed really to see how helpful she was, and how patient she was and the type of this character it just makes me want to be of service in this great organization or influence was of such that I was moved with compassion to do the best that I can to follow in the example to help others or come in after her I want to think this organization.

The first step into the NACA process has been great. It isn't as bad as I thought. I have my first counseling session on tomorrow. Hoping for great news!

I just attended a NACA workshop in Jacksonville Florida. All I can say is WOW! So glad I drove 5 hours for the Workshop. Cecil, Vernicia, and Steve were all very informative and were clear and concise with the NACA program.

Since I started this journey with Naca, its been a tedious process, but I am excited to be on this journey with Naca the counselor has provided me with all the steps needed to become qualified in order to be approved for a home ownership. Hopefully very soon I'll be a homeowner, but for now I'll continued to enjoy this exciting this process with my counselor the the NACA corporation.

The NACA has afforded me the opportunity to attack and settle unforeseen debts. The also left me with the ability to furnish every room in our new home.

Getting at getting you ready for achieving your dream of owning a home. Almost getting that dream home. Counselors help me through this lengthy process but almost there.

We have really enjoyed the process so far, we are a the point of approval but for now things are okay. Thanks to our counselor, things are a little easier for us.
