For anyone who has acne I would recommend taking a look at this product. It is a very simple device that heats up the pimple and then kills the acne causing bacteria. It might not work all of the time, but if you can get to the pimple in the early stages you have a better chance of killing it off.

I use Zeno whenever I feel the occasional pimple coming on. As long as you catch it in the first couple of days, Zeno works perfectly. It leaves a red mark for 30 minutes or so, but one or two zaps the night before and the next morning is more than enough to stop the pimple from forming.

This product will only be useful for sufferers of cystic acne. It will not work for garden-variety whiteheads, blackheads and pustules. The product literature is VERY clear about that, too. It's great for my hormonal acne, which manifests as big red cysts.
It doesn't work for blackheads, whiteheads or pustules. If you have delicate skin, it'll likely just burn you.

Great for my acne but it wears out over time and you have to replace the tip which can get very expensive. I am not sure this is much better than a hot Qtip soaked in hot water but it certainly is nice if you can afford the replacable tips
