Wait is FOREVER. Lies are MANY. Sends wigs other than what is requested. Hair is not good quality. * becomes bipolar once you've grown tired of her excuses. All that southern charm goes straight out of the window. She will block your number like she did mine.

After her sending me two wigs that I didn't request, she sent me this last wig. It was supposed to be a FULL LACE wig that you could part anywhere, with straps and straight hair - like the pic she had on her website. Instead what I got was a wig that was blow dried straight, but was actually wavy. This wig basically had the tracks glued onto the lace and you could only part it a couple of inches in the front. The wig looked alright, but the hair was messing up, particularly on the ends. So I had to cut a few inches off in the 1st month. Basically, it was a much cheaper wig that didn't need to take many months to make.

Long story short, she promised me a new wig and said I could keep this one (complimentary) till the one I ordered was made. A 6-8 week wait. She tells BBB a different story and says that she will not be making another wig. This woman lied to the BBB and said she returned the money back to the insurance company, yet they have not received a dime from her. Then she switched up again and said she will be sending me the wig. It's been more than a year and I still haven't gotten the wig I originally requested from her. I am not done with this woman trying to take advantage of the situation. This could have been over and done with long ago, but her greed and her refusal to do the right thing is making this case drag on.
