I'm so sorry that you had to go through this! She has been robbing people for years and I see that she has yet to learn her lesson. If we can get enough people together, we should file a "Class Action" Lawsuit against her and her company. I hope that you Google her and look at the "RipOff Report" and The BBB. She is everywhere for the horrible business that she does. The wig that she did finally send, #1 was NOT what I ordered, #2 shedded bald within 2-weeks. Something need to be done about Ms. Ann Williams!

If you ever start the lawsuit please let me know. The wrong wig that she did send is basically garbage. I see why she "comped" it. I have yet to receive the wig replacement that she said she would send. Trust me I know it's not coming so other means need to be taken.
