I ordered a service that was never completed, attempts at refund were unsuccessful.
Someone was supposed to get back to me, never did.
Two emails were sent, one standard reply, next one, no reply.
So this service is not recommended by me.

Ordered twice from them always something and why its not done in time, why they can't live up to what you paid for and selected on the website. Sure they try to give you "free Mythic runs" to make up for it. But you just want your order done right 1st time

They run good, quick runs, and at very competititve rates. They have never been late to show up, and everything runs in a professional fashion. But, it wasn't like they were looking to schedule me any faster than they cared to, often needing to find a day to do a run. I even paid for the expedited service and got scheduled for the next day, no refund. So just be clear on when you're running if it matters to you.

A bungled mess very disappointed. Even when they scheduled the run and I didn't play for hours I still had to remind them. This process took 2 days not a couple hours as advertised
