I ordered a travel set, tea and a Lion mug for Christmas gifts in mid November and received the items within 10 business days (China to Canada). The quality was outstanding and I collect fine Chinese porcelain. After my daughter opened her gift, two of the three cups were broken. A week ago, I notified Umi and sent pics.
