I've seen some water slides on this site for dirt cheap. So I was wondering if anyone else had ordered and successfully received one with no problems?

ORDERED,20G, 8 X8 CLEAR VINYL TARP FOR PATIO. HAVE USED IT FOR 9 YEARS NOW AND OTHER THAN SEASONAL WASHING IT HANGS WELL, GROMMETS ARE HOLDING WELL. JUST SOME MILDEW ON BOTTOM SEAMS. THIS IS ALMOST GLASS CLEAR WITH NO WRINKLES FROM THE DAY WE GOT IT. THE OTHER 3 TARPS CAME WRINKLED. I WAITED FOR THE WRINKES TO DROP OUT BUT AFTER 7 YEARS THEY ARE AS WRINKLED AS WHEN WE GOT THEM. EMAILED THE COMPANY AND ONLY GOT THAT IS THE WAY IT IS. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH DEEP, WRINKLES.

I ordered 19 x 10 ft mesh shade tarp to stretch across the post on my dock and provide shade for the side of my boat. I was very impressed with the weight, quality of this custom purchase. I've had it up about 5 months and it still looks great and is very durable. Customer service notified me after my online order that with covid delays picking a popular grey color may take 5 weeks. Had tarp at my house in three weeks, perfectly shipped. So far impressed with product and service.

This heavy clear vinyl tarp arrived folded & shrink wrapped - will never be able to see through it as it is extremely wrinkled like broken glass. Customer service said they'd check with the warehouse. What does that mean? It means I'll placate you and then ignore you. Don't order a clear vinyl CHINESE tarp from these people.

I ordered my tarp as a gate privacy covering to replace a completely shredded one that was previously on the gate. I ordered a custom size and grommet setting. I wanted to buy the most expensive material they had to ensure it would last long, but a representative called me, asked me what it was for, and downgraded my purchase to the next step down (50% cheaper) because she said it would be perfectly fine for my use. A local shop wanted more than four times my purchase price for an even cheaper material.

Anyways, it arrived quickly and perfectly. Almost ten years later, in the hot and dry Southern California, this thing is still perfect. No signs of wear or tear on it. So much so, that I had to find the receipt in my email so I could write this review. I wish I needed to use them again.

I was going to order a tarp after looking at their website, but when I called it seemed like the lady who answered didn't want to be bothered. She first told me that they did not have striped material. After reminding her that the striped material was shown on the website she she said OK and wanted to know what size I wanted but seemed irritated. I didn't like her unfriendly manner and decided to do business with someone else.

This store has many of the flatbed items that I have had to order online and wait a week to get. Mytarp staff was courteous and quick. I recommend them to all owner operators!

In Jan. 2012 I purchased a 'Gray Boat Cover 20'x30' Finished Size' to cover my boat. By Jan 2016, the cover had torn down the middle. I had stored it hoping to repair and reuse it, but it has basically disintegrated. Just the act of picking up shreds it further. Very poor product.

Ordered my tarp for my ice rink. I ordered the 30x50 finish size but came short 48 ft 6 inch with big seam down the middle with pin holes in it. I payed $100 with the shipping. Had to frame my rink smaller and duct tape the seam I hope I don't leak and my kids have a smaller rink this year. They get no stars from me. And I will never use them again

We ordered a tarp for our boxing ring, I was nervous buying from this company since I hadn't heard of them before, I came to this site looking for reviews AFTER I had already made the purchase and got really worried about buying from them, however I was pleasantly surprised, the boxing canvas came very quickly no problem with shipping, I messaged customer service to see how long it would take and they were prompt with their reply and gave me tracking numbers on the product. The canvas was the perfect fit and good quality. I typically don't take the time to review buinesses but I felt like I needed to with this company

This specialty site is exactly what I needed to get a replacement for a heavy-duty canvas tarp purchased years ago. A 4' by 12' painter's hallway tarp, when folded in half (4' x 6') is a perfect liner for my SUV with the rear seats down. MyTarp.com had what I wanted at a fair price. Delivered product was as described on the site.

Tarp shipped the same day and was delivered promptly.

I've seen some negative reviews of MyTarp.com, but I'm posting this because my experience was entirely positive.

My custom shade cloth tarps were so irregular i couldnt believe it one end 6'6 the other 6'8 and the length was 2 inches different. The second one was 2 inches smaller than the first both directions and the grommets placed everywhere... like 2 people worked on either end at the same time...$120.00... made my venue trailer look like crap. So, didnt go to my venue that week-end. Lost about $400 i could have made but my venues require a canopy... stay away

I placed an online order on September 26th. My credit card was charged immediately, yet after two weeks and hearing nothing from them - I called to find out when it was shipped/would be shipped. The woman on the phone said the tarp wasn't in stock! (Website didn't show this.) I asked when it would be available (this was on a Thursday) and was told Monday but Tuesday at the latest. I heard nothing on Monday or Tuesday, so on Wednesday I called again and was told it was going to be cut the next day... the tarp finally arrived today - it took almost 4 weeks!

Grommets were stated as being approximately 24 inches apart. Approximately is right: the spacing varied all over the place from 14.5 to 27 inches ---AND--- they don't even line up from side to side so if you're thinking you can run a rope straight across from one side to the other, forget it. Absolutely crazy.
This was on a 12 ft x 20 ft Super Heavy Duty Silver-White poly tarp.

I ordered a custom tarp from this site - www.mytarp.com. First response was incredibly slow - I had to complain about their lack of response. When someone finally got back to me, I gave them my order, which was a custom sized tarp. The tarp was for a pool patio cover that I had built. It took me quite a bit of time and effort to get the tarp up and it was the wrong size. I tried to make it fit but to no avail. The company apologized but said I'd have to send it back in order for them to correct it - do you know how heavy and awkward a 20' x 14' tarp is... and why should I have to send back their mistake and wait for another one? They finally sent the tarp back (after I re-packaged the wrong one, boxed it, shipped it, etc.) and it was actually the right size! The tarp was up for about 3 days and the grommets ripped out. Guess what, I was ripped off... don't use these guys. Net, I had to put up a tarp twice and take it down - wait for a wrong order, then wait again for a tarp that would break in three days...

Website looked fine which Is why I chose to use them. I wrote them an email on December third on the info link THEY provided asking a few questions so I could give them accurate info when I ordered my custom tarp. They never even responded. I wanted to spend money with them but no response at all. Judging from the other review on here it is probably a blessing. Customer service? They have none. Don't bother with this company!

Ordered 2 HEAVY DUTY "Made in USA" canvas tarps. Within a few days the grommets were ripped out of them. When I called, the woman was polite enough but she said they stated in bold print on their website that they should not be used for wall or roof. I had to have her direct me to that statement and it was there, however, it was not in a bigger font or super noticeable and besides, what in the hell else would you use them for? Ours were not hung up in the wind, the grommets just simply pulled right out. I asked what their recommended use was and she said "draped over firewood". Hmmmm... Then why put grommets in them if they cannot be used? So after spending over $130 on two 8x10 tarps that are not even able to be used outdoors (and not "recommended for indoor use") we are still wondering what the purpose is for these tarps and are definitely feeling like we got ripped off. Would NOT RECOMMEND (unfortunately)

Order came in on time but out of 5 tarps, one of them was cut wrong. One tarp was crooked but made it work. Called them on the one cut short and still have not received tarp. It's been 2 plus weeks and they keep telling me it's in production. This was my first and last purchase from them.

This company sells trash! Only gave it one star because I didn't want reviewers to think I was indifferent, it deserves 5 "THUMBS DOWN." Ordered a clear 6x8' vinyl tarp. It arrived (finally) but was covered and I mean covered in white dust, trash particles all over it, and had a yellow stain on one of the white outer bands that looked like urine. I called only to be asked if I had scrubbed it really good with soap and water. Like I have time to take this out into my yard, hose it down, scrub it, and dry it so that I can hang it. HA! They did send a second after returning it and the 2nd one is worse. Both were covered with tennis shoe marks, not just a few, but as if it had been used to danced on. Worse still, this last one has small pieces of vinyl stitched together in the middle of what is suppose to be a clear vinyl tarp. It looks like a patchwork quilt cheaply sewn together in a Chinese sweat shop. Stay away, this is shameful. BTW, ordered a different one from them a year ago and it took over a month to arrive, so who is really the moron here? Won't happen again!
