They charged me twice in a month. I made a cancellation on my son's resume and they charged me the same day and I didn't even know. A few days later, I asked for a refund and they said I could receive half of my money back, but I wanted it all, so they blabbered on and just said they gave it back, hanging up on my face. I checked my son's email and they gave back half of the money they took. I tried to call them back but they didn't answer.
Very nice and professional, he met my standards of customer service. He did make sure i knew all the advantages I would miss out on if I closed my account but, I dont use this service enough to keep it.

This site scammed me out of almost $2000. I used the $3 first month subscription and cancelled immediatley after. After a few months, I saw charges of $23 a month on my axcount. I called and they said they successfully cancelled my subscriotion. This happened FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. They are refusing to pay back any of the money they STOLE from my account. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE. ABOLSUTE GARBAGE HUMANS RUNNING THIS SITE.
