I strongly advise against doing business with Premier Bank Card, as my experience reveals they are a fake firm. Be aware of any involvement, since it may result in money loss and other consequences.I received my money back, which was the only way I could go about it. I got assistance from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE FOR THIS REVIEW IN CASE YOU NEED HELP AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT THEM).Note: I did this due to the harsh regulation here, and I honestly want to help as many people as possible get their money back.

The interest rate of 36%, plus junk fees to penalize people who are desperate enough to borrow a mere $600 with a $95 initiation fee plus another $79 annual fee, $49 every year after with additional monthly fees of almost $9 after year one...do the math. You'd do better with the Mob...at least they're up front about predatory lending. DO NOT ENGAGE...whoever allows them to get away with this simply b/c they state the terms and conditions is just as culpable. Congress allows this? The consumer affairs dept. doesn t warn people off? Who is Premier s lobbyist? I d like THAT salary.

Even if you're at your worst coming off bankruptcy or whatever your financial situation is, please never use this institution even if it is to get your credit going it is the worst possible option for you. I had two of their credit cards for over three years and on top of the annual fee, way too high interest rate. They also have so many hidden fees that you just are aware of I kept both my cards completely paid off and was still charged multiple times for ridiculous fees on top of this. I felt threatened multiple times after just trying to close my cards. Mind, you totally paid off, spoke down to, and at one point I was actually told they were doing me a favor. Imagine being charged monthly even after your card is paid off with no explanation of whatever the fee is other than it's $12 a month. This is a horrible business. The customer service is awful. Please do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake of doing business with this company. Even after I closed my account they still continue to charge me $12 a month even though my credit is at zero and was totally paid off and account closed. The worst was how I was treated by customer service. I truly believe I was threatened multiple times as I was told that this was going to expedite to the credit bureaus to intentionally lower my credit score. I was offered on both cards a $45 bonus to take care of those fees for a couple months which seems to be their tactic on top of the fact that multiple times my card was used without fraudulent purposes on my end, the money was eventually replaced. However, this company is meant to scam you, I understand we're at a point in this world where everybody needs to make money, however, do not get took an advantage by this company

They reel you in stating they help boost your credit score but by the time you are able to use the card you have MAYBE $100 or so. Therefore you never get to fully use the card. Then your pay back amount is the sum of the ENTIRE card balance PLUS the "1time yearly payment"$100. If you need a credit boost FIRST PREMIER BANK CARD IS NOT WHO YOU SHOULD CHOOSE!

They purposely post payments from online banking late and stick you with a late fee they won't waive. Every month I get a late fee even though I scheduled the payment to arrive on time. Cutting up the card.

Scammers
June 24, 2023

These people prey on people with bad credits or not so good credit,to rill you in as if they willing to help you with your credit, but if any emergency case or you happen to get behind if you call customer service they have a scam put in place where they act as if they will agree to give you a credit if you make a payment and it will be available, that's a LIE Dagan the customer guy is the one who told me that or patronize me in to believing that just so that they could take my payment and put it towards fees so it was not a credit of $100 which was my payment and the $39 he claim they would credit as well once they took all but $18 which was available but yet because I still was behind couldn't use that either...smh so in the future choose another company unless u have the entire amount.and when I tried to make a complaint about it with the supervisor Amy she just justified the wrong as if I was not given misleading information.so thank you premier! This company does not care about the customers they are out to just take and make money.they will surely report to the credit bureau when you are late, but take their time to report when you are on time if they even report it at all. Smh

Usually, when a company changes it name, there is good reason. I opened a card with this company and somehow I made two(2) payments at the same time.

However, because I cancelled one of the payments this company closed my card without saying a word to me.
I called them to explain that I had made two payments by mistake and I cancelled only one of payments.

Well, the front line person was understanding and wanted to help. Therefore, he spoke over his shoulder to his manager to see how they could help.

Whoever, that person was, refused to talk to me or even consider helping.
Today it is a bad mark on my credit profile as a closed account.
They did collateral dame to my credit profile.

So my account was over the limit and I made a full payment after 30 days and waited for it to clear to find out that my accountgot closed without knowledge. I called to find out why my limit not available to be informed the account has been closed because my horrible bank (Wells Fargo) kept returning my payments. Remind you that I always had money on my account and I have a good job. Rebuilding my credit and now I have to start all over due to this set back. Thanks alot Premier Bankcard, You get my middle finger.

Unannounced fees
February 13, 2023

I had this bank card for over three years. It was paid off consistently. Then for a few months I knew I didn't have a balance but got a statement in the mail that they had started charging me a monthly fee and now I had late fees because I had not paid the monthly fees I was unaware of. Needless to say I canceled the card after paying off the fees they ripped me off with.

The people on the phone take forever to answer. When you do get ahold of them, they are not helpful at all. I had two cards with them. One for 300 and another for 700. They argued with me about which account was the older one i wanted to cancel. It was absurd. The interest rates are extreme. Trust me you can get a much better offer from one of their competitors. Lower interest and higher limit with less initial cost. Skip this scam.

Tried to use my card one day to find out my card was locked said to be possible fraudulent charges. I then call in to get them to unlock my card and pay off my balance. They take my payment and then tell me my account is suspended due to possible fraud with balance payments. Or fraudulent bank payments. I vot a notice ove 90 days ago saying that they are going to have to investigate the payments i made and make sure the account i was paying from was actually in my name.( which it is as a matter of fact) then a few days ago i got another letter in the mail now saying their is possible fraud with my social and my address and i needed to prove that i was actually who i claimed to be and that my address was correct. Same address for the last 5 years by the way. I sent in the verification documents that they requested and now im being told that i have to wait another possible 90 days or more for them to look at the proof and then they can still close my account even though everything they tried to say was fraud has been proven to be wrong on their part. And they are all to happy to take the payments that i made now equalling a total of almost 700 dollars for a half $#*! 300 limit and since they have put my account in a red flag state for fraud it has caused my credit score to drop with a max on my credit cap and also put a red flag on my company credit card. So not only have they caused my credit to drop by 34 points but they have caused me to have to close the doors to my shop because i cant buy anything with my other card till i have proof that i am no longer be investigated for fraud. So thanks Premier you have done the exact opposite of the promises you make duping suckers in to make a fortune off those with less then desirable credit history. You should be $#*! down as soon as my card has been released since i have a 0 balance i am going to demand a correction on my credit report and demand that they close my account and refund me for the $#*! Ive had to pay just to give them the verification they demanded. I might even attempt to reclaim the last income due to their goss abuse of power over someones finances. Oh and thanks to them and holding up now my two credit cards i just found out i missed a loan payment and don't know how im going to keep from defaulting on it because i cant buy the product i need to reopen my store. Nice blow to a single woman's whole world you guys are the one that should be investigated for fraud.
