Since I have been using it, I am lifting as much weight as I did in my 30's and I'm 54. I use this as a meal replacement in the morning by blending it with almond milk, spinach, and frozen strawberries.
I was already taking Powerlife for some months when I underwent cataract surgeries back to back (October - December last year). As a physically active 80- year-old, being vision-impaired had affected my balance, and I was guided by Tony's exercises.
