I was already taking Powerlife for some months when I underwent cataract surgeries back to back (October - December last year). As a physically active 80- year-old, being vision-impaired had affected my balance, and I was guided by Tony's exercises. More recently, recovery from surgery to one foot required attention to manage pain, reduce swelling and nutrition.
