Received the pillows in good time and sleep well with them. I'd recommend them to everybody! Even ordered more for our guest room and have had no complaints!
The 2 travel pillows are PEANUT size for 40.00 total RUBBISH. Mike is a LIAR, sells cheaper pillows at bed bath beyond. Customer rep owned up to that on the phone. They charge you shipping to return the GARBAGE orders

Have purchased several my pillows and have always been happy. Bought 2 of the new ones. It's like the case is only 1/2 full. Absolute junk and dam sure not cheap! Very unhappy
Mike, think about adding a knee cushion to your product line, I'm currently using a my pillow, though that works well to! Standard pillows are too firm.
To describe these pillows as poor is an understatement, and their follow-up service, 'illegal'.
We ordered these items and received them promptly. However, on opening them, it was immediately apparent that they are nothing more than cloth bags filled with shredded foam, offering no realistic hope of support or stability, so they were packed up and sent back after emailing MyPillow after advising them that I was exercising my rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations (29) and cancelling my contract. I further advised them by email that I claimed a full reimbursement (regulation 34) of the purchase sum and the original cost of delivering them to me, a total of 66 pounds and 95 pence. The items were to be returned at my expense. I promptly received a reply accepting the return, apologising for the items not being to my satisfaction and confirming the 66.95 would be refunded to my account.
Some days later, I received a refund, but of only 59.95, which did not account for the original postage cost.
This was brought to the company's attention three weeks ago requesting the remainder of the refund and I have not received a reply.
My advice. Firstly, do not by this poor product and, secondly, do not expect to get all our money back, even though your rights under the law provide for it.
I purchased 4 for my bed, they became so lumpy and I was unable to sleep with them. I called customer service and never received any call back. I've. Thrown them away now, what a waste of money.
My husband and I mistakenly ordered their pillow a day apart and when I realized this, I canceled my order right away and MyPillow even sent me 2 confirmation emails. A week later, I got my order and I called them to ask why I still got my order when it was supposed to be canceled and they told me that I need to send the order back before I can get my refund. I explained to them that I should have gotten my refund back before the product arrived and they were so rude and insisted on me getting my refund after they get their item back. My point is that I don't need their pillow but I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. I honestly admitted to getting my order which I could have denied and gotten my refund first. BTW, my husband finally got his order and the pillow was nothing to write home about. It's just Like a regular $10 Pillow and not worth the price. I'm still waiting for my refund and all these happened in April 2020 and this is May 2020, a month after.
PURCHASED THE BUY 1, GET 1 FREE. STILL COSTED ME OVER 100.00 FOR THEM. LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, WASHED 1 OF THE PILLOWS. IT RIPPED AND HAD THE YELLOW FOAM ALL IN MY WASHER. SENT AN E-MAIL TO MY PILLOW. COM. THE WOMAN TOLD ME TO TAKE A PIC, SEND IT IN AND THEY WOULD MAKE A DECISION OF WHAT TO DO FOR ME. THAT; S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS, STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING. WORST PILLOW EVER. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT OVER 40 PILLOWS AT WAL-MART WITH THAT $100.00. BIG RIP OFF.
My sister ordered 8 of these pillows she gifted me 2, tried them last night, most uncomfortable thing I've ever laid my head, how in the world this company stays in business, I'll never know, I'm really not one to complain, I ask my sister how she liked her new pillow, she said she got up in the middle of the night and got her old pillow.
We bought 2 pillows but only 1 received. Fedex would nor help as we were not the shipper on record. Tried to contact my Pillow on their 800 number for 1 hour. As I waited I went to their chat room and after 10 automated answers to different questions it told me that no one was available and to call the 800 number - THAT I WAS HOLDING ON. Have tried to email them without response. The pillow we did receive is lumby and hard. When I disputed thre charge with Amex, MyPillows's response was a copy of a 10 page contract that we must have ticked when buying on the web and is insisting on payment. This company is a complete sham and now understand why Bed, Bath & Beyond among others have cancelled their products. This is not a cancel culture story but a QUALITY issue.
I ordered two My Pillows and upon using the first night, I woke up with a stiff neck and a horrible occipital headache. I tried using it several nights after, and I even experienced sleep apnea from hypextension of my neck. I went to see my Doctor and he explained that for me, it hyperextended my neck and that I should instead buy a feather pillow. My Pillows are not what they profess to be... just a gimmick and no different from any other cheap pillow. I won't buy them and I encourage others not to buy them as well.
I bought my pillow for myself, cuz of neck injury's. I loved it. Best pillow i ever had. My family member took a nap with it and boom!

My mom bought me this pillow for xmas and I used it for 6 months till I realized it was causing bad neck and shoulder pain. I am a computer engineer and started a new job after xmas. I thought my shoulder pain was caused by the new desk and travel until a friend told me it could be my pillow. I switched and the pain went away. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.
I ordered sheets and slippers. A week later they were finally delivered, but to the wrong address. That day, I contacted FedEx and was directed to contact the shipper. I talked with "customer service" at My pillow. After 40 min of holding and "checking with supervisors" I was told that it is company policy to wait 24 hours before anything can be done. At this point, I told them that I do not want the products and just want a refund. They refused to do anything until I waited the ridiculous 24 hours. Well, here we are 24 hours later and I just got off the phone with My Pillow. I was told the order can not be refunded until after it has been re-shipped! They no longer have the color slippers I had ordered and I made it clear that I do not want the products and just want a refund! They kept saying it is "company policy" to re-ship the order. This time though, there will be a signature required! I explained that I work full time and will probably not be home when the delivery that I don't even want arrives! They didn't care at all! I will NEVER do business with My Pillow again and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to just go to HomeGoods or Amazon instead! I am beyond upset and very frustrated. What a horrible company!
The "My pillow" is the worst pillow I ever had! Not even $5, polyester pillows were worse! I tried one, and I thought I just got unlucky and got a bad one, so I teied a second one. Same crap! They clam clam together, and if you wash them they become unusable! I never got my money back for neither. All my pains got worse: neck pain, back pain, hip pain all worse! And now matress topper and sheets? You should be ashame of yourselves for taking advantage of people's pain! SHAME!
I don't usually write reviews for anything I purchase, but this is the exception. At first I was hesitant to think that a pillow would make that much difference in my sleep comfort. I purchased two pillows one for me and one for my girlfriend, the first night sleeping on mypillow was amazing and also for my girlfriend. I've had a hard time figuring out on how a pillow could impact my life so significantly, it has changed my life forever, also my girlfriends life too. My girlfriends arms have gone numb while sleeping for years and she hasn't had that problem since using the mypillow, My neck pain has disappeared completely, I've suffered with neck pain for 30 plus years, I work nights and when I get home in the mourning I can't wait to puff up mypillow and get a great day of sleep, deep sleep.
I've told friends and family about my experiences with mypillow and some have also purchased pillows to, great success so far one of my friends wife has suffered from headaches while sleeping her whole life and since sleeping on mypillow she hasn't had a headache. These pillows may not be for everyone as I have read different reviews, but my experiences have all been 5 star with no complaints.
I purchased sheets and a mattress topper. The sheets are ok but I can't sleep on the mattress topper. When you lay in the bed, your weight sinks you into the topper but your legs are lighter so they feel like they are up in the air. I've called 4 times to speak to customer service but you can only leave a message. They NEVER call back. Their money back guaranty is useless because they won't tell you where to send it and it is so big that it will cost a fortune to send it back. When you receive the topper it is compressed by machine to a small box. I can't do that here. If you want to buy any of their products, you can speak to someone immediately but returns are NO ANSWER, leave a message. The owner is pushing his book on how he succeeded and plays amazing grace when you call in and are put on hold. What a Scam. If you give them your email, you get $10 off your purchase. Wrong move. You will get at least 10 emails a day on your computer and phone and you can't stop it. It is really annoying. Stay away from this place.

I was gifted a MyPillow from a relative who wanted to help me with sleep quality. Within days of starting to use the pillow I started having wild dreams of being attacked and feeling paranoid all day. Now I see that MyPillow owner is also paranoid and is spreading the election fraud rumors and encouraging President Trump to impose martial law. SOMETHING IS VERY VERY WRONG WITH MYPILLOW!

Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
