Very helpful customer service representative, very patient and understanding. But the time lag before i was connected to a representative was somewhat long. Otherwise, its all good
I am very upset, the first time I used it, I paid about 10 for 7 days, then my debit card number was registered in my account without my permission and the amount became about 90 per month, still without my permission or information. I discover it today when I checked my bank account, I saw that they took this amount from my account twice. This is unacceptable and kind of a criminal thief. I cancel the subscription today and i hope i will never hear from you again, I will never use it again. I am very very upset. 😤😤😤
I called the customer service team when I was charged 16.95 subscription fee, when I had not used their service at all. John was so understanding and helpful, he kindly went ahead and issued the refund when I explained my financial situation.
Very happy and will definitely return.

I thought that the site its self was well crafted an the methods were easy and simple, however be aware that it cost £2.95 to have a membership for 14 days as they do not state that at the begging. Also Cancel the member ship afterwards, as they charge £16.95 each month, this happened to me but I rang them up and they were really nice about the situation and refunded the payment straight away and sent me confirmation email. Overall good experience, just b aware of the memberships and payments that youre making.

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume and cover letter builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resumes and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. In order to use all premium features of the service, we offer customers a 14 day access for $1.95 USD and we indicate up front that it will auto renew after the 14 day period and that it can be canceled at any time. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation e-mail stating the date and amount of the auto-renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including via phone, live chat, e-mail and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. Had money taken over the cancellation time. I spoke to a man called angel who was very helpful and polite. I got a refund straight away. Bad company. Great customer service.

The cv was ok but you don't find out until you go to pay that after paying £2.95 you then are left with a standing order for £16 every month which you have to phone up about to cancel.

I was happy enough with my CV but annoyed that after I had paid the initial fee they kept taking the money from my card monthly. Be very careful and be aware that it is not a one off fee.

Trying to update my c. V and it kept deleting my data, first it deleted details from my currant job information in my work history, then from accomplishments, next affiliations, certifications, and finally the dates from my work history. It wouldn't let me fill in a job title on one of the in built statements. It also decided to keep some of the writing blue and larger than the rest and wouldn't let me change that either. The customer service on the other hand was excellent, went through the online talk help, most of issues sorted will try again and re input the information lost to see if it works now.
